Mister Jack
If you see a cool game on Steam Greenlight that you feel deserves more exposure, tell people about it here. You can also use this thread for games on Kickstarter or other crowdfunding sites if you wish. I'll start with I Can't Believe It's Not Vanillaware, also known as The Vagrant https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=401370801&searchtext=the+vagrant
Baconrath
Factorio is still only a concept on Greenlight but they do have a demo available. It's still in late alpha.
Mr. GOH!
I really am digging Darkest Dungeon . It's not finished by any means, but what's there is polished and fun.
TCP
Agreed with GOH. Darkest Dungeon looks great, I can't wait to play it on Vita.
Mr. GOH!
I didn't know they were planning to release it for a dead platform. I mean, it's well-suited for portable gaming, but the Vita has been dead for a while now.
Thursday Next
I didn't know they were planning to release it for a dead platform. Don't be doing that flame bait crap.
Mr. GOH!
I legitimately thought the Vita was all but dead in the sense of low sales figures for Vita games and lack of support from Sony.
Thursday Next
I think sales figures for Vita games are pretty hard to track as most of the bigger releases are cross buy with PS3 and/or PS4. It still gets regular decent titles coming out for it. Like Danganronpa, Persona, and most indie titles (Rogue Legacy by way of a recent example.
TCP
There's tons of Vita games coming out all the time, just not a lot of big retail games anymore, which is OK with me.
Mr. GOH!
Well, then I encourage you to get Darkest Dungeon when it drops for Vita. It feels good even in short play sessions, though it's also quite good to play for a couple hours at a time. There are lots of meaningful choices to make no matter what phase of the game you're in, and I really dig the art and atmosphere.
toxicitizen
ITT: people don't understand the difference between Greenlight and Early Access. Poor Mister Jack, he made a thread about Steam Greenlight and people just keep discussing Darkest Dungeon, which isn't even on Greenlight.
Mr. GOH!
Eh, I thought it was Greenlight, but I guess I confuse the Greenlight ans KS logos when I'm not paying attention and furiously trying to skip the intro screen.

TheFlyingGerbil
I don't know if early access is different to greenlight, but someone was raving about Crypt of the Necrodancer on a podcast I listen to (Gamecentral podcast, which is brilliant if you're looking for a podcast to listen to) It's a rhythm game rogue-like. You can even use it with a dance mat if you can dig one of those out.
Mister Jack
I've been keeping my eye on that one. The music was done by the guy who scored Binding of Isaac, one of my favorite game soundtracks ever.
Mister Jack
This is Kickstarter rather than Greenlight, but whatever. Some ex-Rare developers (from back when they were actually good) have gotten together to make a spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie called Yooka-Laylee. There's not really an actual trailer yet, but here's some early gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=19&v=RTXBjstzwNE The actual kickstarter isn't up yet, but it will be soon. I might actually be tempted into backing this one.
