deanb Posted November 29, 2016 Report Share Posted November 29, 2016 It made perfect sense, as it stood the game stamped to disc for a September release wouldn't have ran properly without a hefty patch, screwing over folks on slower net or limited net access. Instead the current patch is mainly just a few QoL tweaks such as a couple tweaks to menus n such, as well as adding in some Omen n Kingsglaive scenes for context. TheFlyingGerbil Posted November 30, 2016 Report Share Posted November 30, 2016 It's been hard to find available UK stock, certainly for a decent price, and I'd been looking well before I got my PS4 but signed up for a free elite trial of flubit and submitted an offer to beat Argos which was already at least £5 cheaper than I'd seen it elsewhere (but out of stock) and I got an offer of £23.84. Very pleased with that. My only complaint is that with Lara Croft and Deus Ex they abandoned the boardgame aesthetic from the Hitman one. I really liked that. He had worked on Human Revolution before ending up on the Hitman Go team and said that it felt like a huge downgrade career-wise. I like the tone of its satire better than I do GTA's, and I love GTA V. Also, it runs super well on mostly ultra on my new rig and old-ish GTX 970 at 1080p. Saturnine Tenshi Posted December 11, 2016 Report Share Posted December 11, 2016 (edited) Speaking of, this just happened: Had an invasion event with some other rando, which tasks you with hacking another player while remaining undetected. Teammate pulled his car literally right up beside the target and started hacking, while I used my drone. The target (third guy) walked right around my partner's car and into the street. I called a hit on him with a gang, then some NPC who was out of sight tazed the target, so he collapsed in the middle of the street, paralyzed. In sweeps the gang members I called to run the guy over while he's defenseless. The rest of the mission was just us watching the hacking bar while the guy laid dead in the street. I loved the first game and this comes with the remaster, available next Tuesday if you preorder, so I had no choice really.
