deanb
It's a bit eh, I know a lot of folks considered it a weak end on Sonys part to run the gameplay sequence to end their show. Pretty dang impressive amount of bodies on screen, though it seems like it'll be a dumber less emotional game than they might be angling with in the trailer. Same with the Dishonored thread if anyone can find the gameplay sequence throw it up.
Thursday Next
Yeah, the trailer was all like "All the feels of The Last of Us, but more feels." And then they just went with "here is a literal river of sub-humans for you to fire into like you don't give a shit." As a tech demo it was great, as a game, it doesn't excite me. deanb
Yeah, I'd say this E3 there was a fair bit of zombie fatigue, but as discussing with housemate; Once upon a time (heck maybe still now) if you released a game in Germany the enemies became zombies or blue blooded cyborgs, and this is really just an extension of that. Folks want shooting games without the "heh this weekend someone did this IRL and they weren't zombies". You get to put out your people shooting game without having to put much thought into the "these are people we're shooting".
deanb
Some more Days Gone. Not super sure on this one, including what kind of game it's aiming for being.
