TheMightyEthan
Pyre is the next game from the developers of Bastion and Transistor, which I loved.
CrowKnow
Neat game from indie devs out of Montreal.  Turn based strategy like FFT except your actions are based on a deck.  Each character has their own deck you build and then when you commit to an action you roll dice to determine damage/healing and other effects.
Saturnine Tenshi
That sounds waaaaaaaaaaaay too good to be true.
Hot Heart
Sounds like what board games have been doing for a while. Especially the hottest "new" thing Gloomhaven.

deanb
So I've picked up Jotun & Shadow Warrior for free, as well as Legacy of Kain and others in the Crystal Dynamics 25th bundle thing, and the Doctor Who P&P RPG from HiB.

toxicitizen
So, this happened. I guess 15 bucks is where I bite. It helps that GMG had a voucher for an extra 15% off that kept it at 15 bucks even after conversion to CAD. Now the question is do I just throw it on the backlog or do I risk getting sucked into it less than a week away from Trails of Cold Steel...

TheMightyEthan
So is that game like Tropico? Anno? Something completely different? Â I've been seeing stuff about it but can't get a good feel for what it is. The art is gorgeous.

I've not really spent much time with either series so I can't really compare it with either. What it is like though, is a less involved Banished. You'll manage your villagers, making sure you've got enough food for the winter, enough wood for the building of new buildings and enough stone to build your town's defences. It's insanely pretty and (as you might expect with a game like this, oozes charm). It's fun. I've not got far enough into the game to hit the point at which it becomes boring just yet, but I really like what I've played of it.
Mr. GOH!
Pyre, which I am enjoying quite a bit so far. Persona 5 for the ps4. I have no self control
toxicitizen
50% off on Gamersgate. A bit pricier than I would've liked but I figured it was now or never. I basically never revisit games solely for DLC and Fallout 4 doesn't seem like a game I'm likely to replay once I'm done with it. I'm less than 10 hours in, I'm only just starting to get into the settlement stuff and I haven't really started the main story yet. So, I might as well have all the content ready to go before I really start digging into it.
toxicitizen
Because duh. I think the price point is a mistake, though. 30 bucks seems like the reasonable price for this and I think going higher is gonna hurt sales, sadly. I swear, sometimes it almost feels like XSEED wants these games to not sell as well as they could... Then again they can count on idiots like me to buy everything that says Trails on it, I guess. The bundle for all the DLC is 55% off for some reason. I should probably sell my Vita copies to try and offset the cost, though. Never gonna touch them again, so I can sell the games and just hold on to the Collector's Edition stuff.
Zeo-Gold92
Hey all, 2017 hasn't really been a big year for me so far where game purchases are concerned. I've picked up and finished Resi 6 and 7, Crash N'Sane, Injustice 2 and also picked up Horizon Zero Dawn. I quickly got bored of HZD and traded it though. Pretty sure that's all. Mal
+DLC because I hate myself. Gentlemen, I have a three day weekend. I do not expect to be seen alive for a while. Unknown if I'll be beating this in that time. If not, the following Sunday or next completely free weekend. Â

Can't wait until I reach a certain chapter because that part of the game had me going "Fuck, I wish I was playing this on PC" the entire time, it ran so bad on Vita. Turbo mode is gonna come in handy when it's time for NG+ and achievement hunting. Probably gonna keep it disabled for my first run, though. 6 hours ago, Mal said: Gentlemen, I have a three day weekend. I do not expect to be seen alive for a while. And even then you probably won't sleep much. My first playthrough took me like 80 hours and I expect this one to take even longer. I'm doing like I did when I replayed FC on Steam and using a guide to not miss anything. It's uh... yeah it's gonna take a while. Wrapped up chapter 1 last night and the clock is already at 15h. TheFlyingGerbil
Â Got these for the switch during a rare sale, and after the news of the tumbleseed update to make it less punishingly difficult.
TheMightyEthan
Â Preordered Dishonored 2: Death of the Outsider on Amazon since my Prime membership gets me 20% off physical preorders, and I had a $10 promotional code that is expriring on this game's release date, so it was fate really.
