So far I'm really enjoying it. They made a ton of changes since the Alpha demo and they paid off. It's a nice blend of Souls, Ninja Gaiden, and Diablo. I'm about 2/3 of the way through the story and caught up on the optional stuff I can do up to that point, but it really is solid so far.

I don't think I've actually played a Koei Tecmo PC port.  How bad are they?

The problem isn't that they're all bad, it's the inconsistency and how nonsensical the problems are. Their most recent one, Blue Reflection, was pretty decent from what I've heard. Then there's weird ones like Atelier Sophie, which is mostly decent, but for some reason has 2D assets (logos, menus, etc...) and some textures that are lower resolution than in the PS4 version. I haven't played Atelier Firis yet but apparently it's worse than Sophie.

Others use assets from their Vita versions instead of the PS4 ones (and in some of those cases the Vita versions weren't even released in the West). Then at the very bottom you have One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 which has graphical settings that don't actually do anything and was never patched. It's always completely unpredictable which of their ports will be good or what kind of ridiculous "How the FUCK did this even happen?!" problems they'll have.

I guess if you were to make a graph of all their ports you might see a pattern of slight improvement over time but I'm honestly not even sure. It looks like they're starting to wrap their heads around the whole patching thing, though! Atelier Sophie took forever to get one but Blue Reflection got one pretty quickly.
