Meant to be a narrative driven vampire game where you play as a vampire doctor (and thus the fun mental gymnastics of needing to feed alongside "do no harm"). Visually kinda reminds me of Dishonored but that's about where it stops (aside from supernatural powers I guess, but otherwise it's 3rd person for one), I guess Dunwall was based on victorian era London which this is set near.
