What's Your Worst Moment in Games?

So I'm fresh off the single most disappointing moment I've ever had with a game. It wasn't the games fault, nope. I fucked up. Which makes me wonder, are there any moments in games when you've clutched defeat from the jaws of victory? Maybe you blew it on the final corner of a 100 lap GT race, maybe you did something so insanely stupid that it led to your/your teams ultimate defeat. 

 

And If you've achieved gaming dominance, what moments stand out away from purely playing the games. Maybe you've said something embarrassing on chat, or found yourself sobbing at the sight of Sonic kissing an actual human being? 

 

Now if you don't mind, I'm going to go back and explain to my GF how badly I fucked up on PUBG.
