Apparently, we have a topic for Dragon Age 2, a shitty sequel to an even shittier game, but not Dragon Quest?! That's fucked. Anyways, DQ11 comes out in North America next week and it looks hot. I hereby embed what I feel is the best Kotaku content in years:

 

I was going to hold out for the Switch version but the PS4 version looks too pretty not to play. Especially when the Switch version is a bunch of question marks at the moment (despite being the first Switch game ever announced!!). Anyone else feel like DQ11 should have come out this weekend instead of next? That would space it out a little bit from Spider-Man and also let people play it before the long weekend. Honestly, it should have come out in July, the past few months have been pretty barren and a big RPG would be a great summer game.

Honestly, I kinda wish it was coming later. Like October or something. The last month has been a little crazy on the PC side of things. I'm obsessing over Zachtronics games right now and once I manage to move on from that I'll still have Yakuza 0 and Monster Hunter World to go back to and finish. I'm not sure if I'll be able to justify getting Dragon Quest day one.

 

I'm part of the problem, I know... :(
