deanb Posted September 5, 2017 Report Share Posted September 5, 2017 I'd seen the teaser the other day. I kinda like the style n stuff, and it's kinda "yoda-esque" fighting style. I also like the *pow* *boom* *ka-pow*. Just from watching the video I'm not super keen on the whole narration thing. I can see that getting super dull super fast.Especially as it's not in an interesting Stanley Parable kind of sense except right at the very start (which I think would be fine, just less on "finish him" stuff). deanb Posted September 7, 2017 Report Share Posted September 7, 2017 I wonder if it's a thing they wanted to gauge interest before further funding? I think it looks neat, but yeah kinda janky. I think it might work better from a "biomutant" type thing that maybe you mutate yourself to pick the kind of skills you'd want or what not. The hosts here do question the earlier footage being a bit rough too. It's looking pretty dang unique. Also is it me or is the games narrator from Stanley Parable?
