Games You've Bought Episode MMXX: Revenge of the Backlog

How'd you even find which games are "eligible" for that? It's bad enough it's still a $10 voucher despite using GBP pricing (so no idea on their current conversion), but every pick a game in the basket it says "no eligible coupons" despite showing their "Epic Mega Coupon" right there. I understand it won't apply to likes of FTL (which'd make it free on even the meanest currency conversion) but it seems like it'll only apply to the big ticket items like RDR2/Control n such.

edit: so on checkout with an eligible game noticed it's actually £10 when you're in the basket (still shows as $10 when on the front). It also expires on 11/1/2020, which I presume is November and not January). So checked out and...even if the game is over £10 you're still not "eligible" (e.g John Wick Hex which is £12.79). At least when Steam gives you a random voucher it tells you which specific games it works on (like you click it and it takes you to a filtered store front).

Why do they have to be such a faf. Vouchers with ill-defined eligibility, no proper checkout basket, and their date and currency formats don't match local.

I believe the game has to be above £14 for it to be eligible.

That's a shame because it does kind of put any valid games into the "still £20+" range.

Only game I'm halfway interested in on Epic is Rebel Galaxy Outlaw and tbh that's either going to end up on Steam or end up free. Will be interesting to see Epics long term plan for their storefront, given I currently own several dozen games with them and haven't spent a penny.

That's my issue with Mechwarrior 5 right now, I'm thinking about buying it since it's on sale and the coupon works with it, but it may come to Steam at some point where it's likely to be cheaper since Steam charges in pesos, or it'll be given for free, so I don't know if it's actually worth it right now. :P

I currently own 15 games on the Epic Store, most of them from that time they gave away all the Batman games. :P

Yeah, the coupon said it's only for games over $14.99, so I just loaded the DLC in the cart to try, and it applied, so I bought it. I'd had a previous $10 coupon with the exact same description a couple months ago though that wouldn't let me use it on the season pass, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The bundle has been a huge success so far and many more developers have submitted their projects. We've added a new round of games & more. All previous and future buyers get instant access. There are now 1,000 projects included.
