Is that a video chat program? It supports video now, but it started as a VOIP service. You can use it as a voice-chat program in-lieu of Ventrilo or buy skype minutes to call real phones using your computer mic. Unlike Vent, you constantly transmit with skype and have a much lower latency. It's perfect for small groups of 2-4 people, reaaaaallly bad for 10+ people trying to raid or something.
