SomTervo
(I'm not the creepy creeperson to the left in the background) I can't find many full body shots, please don't ask why I chose this one: Lessons learned from this exercise- how to steal photos off Facebook, despite their new un-photo-copyable interface! You play bass?! You goddamn SKILL. We should do a rendition of Lovely Rita. Edited January 31, 2011 by kenshi_ryden

Hot Heart
You play bass?! You goddamn SKILL. We should do a rendition of Lovely Rita. Heh. We should! Can't say I've really bothered to learn many Beatles songs (haven't really bothered learning other people's songs for a looooong time), but I don't think that one's too tricky actually. What do you play?

What do you play? McCartney's basslines are deceptively complex. I'm partial to a bit of inflatable apple-strummed guitar But in reality I enjoy real guitar: And piano and accordion: That's me in my Dad's band. My Dad's the double-bass nutter. (Notice I'm wearing almost identical clothing in the last two photos, and I'm pretty sure the pics were taken years apart. That's always nice.)

Hot Heart
McCartney's basslines are deceptively complex. Oh, I know that. He has written many great basslines. Just that they're not particularly challenging, from a technical point of view (and why should they be?) (Notice I'm wearing almost identical clothing in the last two photos, and I'm pretty sure the pics were taken years apart. That's always nice.) Haha. I have loads of old clothes that are too well-maintained and too good to get rid of! Plus, I'm not made of money. And if I were, I wouldn't go spending myself because that's kinda dumb. I'd be incredibly worried about people mugging me too...uh...what was I saying? Since I've been playing gigs with one band, I've actually had to keep a track of who's taken photos or videos of me wearing what. Sad story. Then just ignore me. Oh, I know that. He has written many great basslines. Just that they're not particularly challenging, from a technical point of view (and why should they be?) True, I'm positive he's got a couple that are a bit rough, but overall yeah, not the hardest. He's no Jaco Pastorius. (That's his name right? Haven't listened to him in years) (Notice I'm wearing almost identical clothing in the last two photos, and I'm pretty sure the pics were taken years apart. That's always nice.) Haha. The lineup kind of sucked actually, there wasn't one band I wanted to see, but the girlfriend really wanted to go for some reason. Which is crazy, because they've had amazing lineups at that festival before. Compare this amazing lineup (http://www.strangerdance.com/outside-lands-festival-lineup-announced-san-francisco-concerts-2008/) to 2010's (http://www.sfoutsidelands.com/lineup/) It was still a fun day though. Ah, for some odd reason I thought you were from the UK- although obviously the style of Festivals is globally alike! That is really weird. It looks like, in the second option, they've gone for a different, more 'rocky' audience (whatever that means)? I'd still go, but the first option looks amazing, I've seen a lot of those bands at UK festivals, too. Did you see Andrew Bird? I saw him in a tiny venue in Glasgow. Was incredible. What a guy. Anyway, on-topic: THE HOOOORROR I love pics that are a lol and impromtu when taken, but the end result looks genuinely like something pretty terrible is going on. (This is a very old pic, forgive the hair and tracksuit bottoms and wizard-stick party beer can stick)

Yeahh but acne scars are like a badge that says, "I survived being a teenager!" I've got them on my cheeks a bit. Stupid overactive high school year hormones. I wish I was from the UK! Alas, I am from small-town California, now living in small-big-town California. I would have loved to see Andrew Bird (as most people on that bill). One of my friends saw him once and said he was like ten times better live, which sounds like quite a feat considering how good his albums are to begin with. Hot Heart
Ah! I've been grammared! (The above should be a real verb, it most definitely should) I used to do the same until a few years ago when my friends went on and on about it. I'd never learnt (read: learned) it in school, so never knew until I had them explain why they kept doing it. One of my friends is a real English/language snob and I'm afraid it rubs off on me. Frankly, were/was happens so often and doesn't sound 'wrong' that I imagine it's quite acceptable. Although, I will never forgive Dean for his constant 'should of'. ps. you have been grammared and grabagged

Actually, I managed to survive my high school year without having acne. I got them in my late teens/early twenties and still have it. In fact, it's probably the worse it's ever been.
