Addictions/Bad Habits You Have

argh, bad habits. i used to smoke, i don't anymore, but i do miss it like everyday. and i play with my lip piercings a shit ton more now that i don't smoke, but i guess that's more weird or gross to some people than a bad habit and since i'm on the phone a lot at work it's probs better than chewing gum. i don't like chip my teeth or anything. i drink a lot and boy howdy do i procrastinate, although my long bouts of procrastination are often interspersed with short periods of delightful productivity so i like to think it balances out. oh, and i lie to myself a lot like the balancing out thing. but i like to think it works to my advantage.

Seriously, my internet procrastination and constant need to refresh various websites is getting ludicrous and borderline ADHD.

 

Buuuuuuuuut. I'm stubborn and don't believe in going to a doctor and asking about such things.

 

Instead, I believe in willpower to solve said issues.

 

A stat I seem to keep forgetting to put any points into, and rather dip into to distribute elsewhere.

yeah, i get really strange with refreshing websites and the like, especially if i'm slow at work (it actually looks like i'm doing more work if i'm refreshing a few different sites than if i actually go do something productive with my time) but once i start feeling weird about it i'm generally able to hold off / occupy myself otherwise. but i have had a day here or there where i've refreshed enough sites with no responses to know it's kind of creepy and i should probably stop.
