Dreams without Ethan

You know how I said I've not had a dream for a while. Well that changed this afternoon (I've recently taken to naps during the day which has massively helped with my nightly sleeping. Just 1hr or so). Also it was kind of long, I guess to make up for the absence.

 

Anyway I'm in the audience for some TV show. Seems sort of who wants to be a millionaire style. There with my mum. The contestant on however is this evil substitute teacher (not one I know, though. I just know she's a substitute teacher), who I'm pretty sure I had a dream with the other day about her. Basically she can kind of hypnotise people of a sorts, and she's trying to take over the world. Also some people are immune to it. Also she may be alien I'm unsure. probably. Anyway while on the show she does her hypnotise thing and the audience all kind of zone out n start chanting. I duck cos I know she like blasts people who are immune. Which there was a guy near by in the audience who yeah was a bit confused why everyone else was chanting. So she blasted him. So I dash along the audience seating to an exit to the back end of the TV studio, running around what could of been miles of unmarked maze like empty corridors til I end up in a sort of county hall sort of place. Everything is like varnished mahogany. There's a public swimming pool n changing rooms in here too for some reason, also all decked out in varnished mahogany. It was a very classy public swimming baths. Anyway I'm all kind of confused a bit as I realise I started in a TV studio and ended up here when I wake up.

In my own room. But it's ever so slightly different. The bed isn't my bed and I have a old fashioned CRT TV in the corner. Not my bedding either. iirc it was all my grandmas doing, so for some reason I go to my grandmas. I start walking n poof I'm at my grandmas.

And I'm getting to a bit that made me uncomfortable so I'm gonna stop here for now. Need to get back to work anyway I'll maybe update. I'll maybe not. Depends how I feel.

Holy crap. Last night I dreamed I was 'time-slipping,' where I would black out and an unspecified amount of time would pass and I would be in the future, having not remembered what I had done, but done lots of things.

 

There was other crazy stuff that happened as well, but boy, that was an intense dream.

I was dreaming about being attacked by lions and dudes from Uncharted and trying to take them out with weapons from Uncharted (a sign I've been playing it too much), while also trying to guide the SO to safety as well as a few other people.

 

Man. It was terrifying. Frickin lions.

I dreamed I played the female leading role in a musical about Zorro. Apparently I was having an affair with the person that had the male leading role, but he was engaged - oops. I even helped him prepare for the wedding and all. He didn't want to get married though, he had just had to do it for some reason. His fiancee walked in on us when we were in some sort of hotelroom.

 

I don't know what happened after that, but suddenly I was in a car, taking a roadtrip. I visited all kinds of places, all equally beautiful, but I couldn't explore because I couldn't get out of the car.

 

Not long after that I magically appeared in a creepy castle where I was held captive by a woman. People with RPG's were attacking soldiers that tried to get into the castle. I escaped by handing the woman a candybar, that made her vanish.

 

Anyone care to analyze this?

Oh god I had a terrifying dream.

 

My ex-roommate invited me over or something to make amends, but then these two shady characters dropped in and were being very shady and then I was followed and security-guard-fakes that were robbing the place (?) began shooting at me and I hid in a place I had hollowed out in minecraft that had lava and AHHHH STUFF.

 

Also, Raine, you've been playing too much Uncharted 2, this is my analysis.

I had one of the neaaatest dreams last night.

 

I was up at this house somewhere, and there was this parade I guess, but the floats were in the sky, and there were these massive LEGO creatures/constructs flying through the sky.

 

It was amazing cool, but I remember wondering how the people were flying something like that and being vicariously afraid for them.

 

Gosh darn that was neat to look at, though.

I had a weird couple of dreams last night.

 

First one was me in some sort of shop. I think it was a 'record store' with all the racks and such but for some reason I was asking a guy behind the counter if he had a t-shirt like I was wearing. He was saying, 'Yeah, I know that one. It's a Mortal Kombat one' and I'm going 'NO YOU'RE STUPID IT CAN'T BE. THIS IS ONE MY DAD BOUGHT IN FLORIDA WHEN I WAS A KID. IT'S FROM, LIKE, '88 or '89, IDIOT!' (I actually have an old 'K-Rock' crocodile my dad bought but hardly wore and it's lasted all this time. Great t-shirt).

 

Thing is, all I can remember of the t-shirt is that it was plain grey and I have no idea why this guy is telling me it's a Mortal Kombat one and I'm yelling at him...ah, dreams...maybe this should go in the retail blues thread

 

The second was me bumping into an old workmate who I actually got on really well with but have not spoken to for about three years now. I think my subconscious was taking over because I found out she was married and that really disappointed me... Can't remember anything more.
