Thursday Next
Kinda funny, and to be honest the "78% Good" trophy stat might not mean much when you consider a lot of people got the trophy for Bad as well. I mean, I most certainly did. I guess it means a little something if people, in their first and only choice, chose Good, then you might have a decently higher percentage over how many witnessed Bad. I did say it was funny though because it nerfs the ultimate choice at the end of Infamous 2. Oops, the RFI didn't quite do its job! However, all is forgiven if Cole makes a cameo. If we're going with an established imperfection, then we must have an imperfect sacrifice. I agree re: stats. I'd have thought that most people would play a game as a "good" hero, at least first time out. Suckerpunch own the story in any event. Just like the ending of Mass Effect, the beginning of Infamous Second Son should be left up to the creators to decide, how they want to justify that decision is neither here nor there. Faiblesse Des Sens
It's hard enough to get people to finish games as it is- What makes you think that a significant portion of that 78% finished all the way through a 2nd time?
TheMightyEthan
My interpretation of the 78% was that of all the game completed trophies people got, 78% were the good ending trophy and 22% were the bad ending, with people who did both just showing up twice in the statistics. Also, I'm someone who replays games a lot, especially ones with story changes, and I only played through Infamous 2 once so I think what FDS is saying makes sense. Strangelove
Yeah, from what Ive heard very few people actually finish their games, so its even less likely that people would play one game twice.
Strangelove
Looks fantastic. The fire.smoke powers work really great. I like how stubborn Sony can be sometimes, i they werent I probably wouldnt be getting a third Infamous since they dont sell very well. Or a Killzone 4. Or a Killzone 4. inFAMOUS (2.62m) inFAMOUS 2 (1.58m) Killzone 2 (2.9m) Killzone 3 (2.47m) Oddly enough both sequels sold less than the originals and these aren't really new games or anything. I would say that they seem to make money off of these titles.
TheMightyEthan
Tomb Raider (2013), 3.6m, failed to meet sales expectations. Obviously that's Square and not Sony, but just because a game sells millions of units doesn't mean it's making money. *Edit* - I'm shocked that those numbers are so low though, I was under the impression everyone liked those games (except for me and Killzone; 2 was alright but I couldn't even finish 3). Faiblesse Des Sens
Well considering each game has sequels coming out and their studios don't seem to be gigantic I would say that signs are positive. There's also the DLC factor.
Hot Heart
Gameplay looks decent. Still wish they'd make it a little less third-person-shootery but the action looks good. And it would appear they've broken free of that damn recharge nonsense.

TheMightyEthan
You know those little hermetically sealed smoking chambers from airports? Those are now spread all over future Seattle.
CorgiShinobi
Isn't he like fire-combustion? It looks more like he turns into a "ashy" kind of smoke. Anyway, I bet he has powers when the sun is out. There seems to be an emphasis on "Son" with the letter "O" flashing for a bit with light, and I don't think we've seen any particular night time combat yet... right? EDIT: Not to mention, he would be like a second sun if he heats up with fire-based energy. Edited June 12, 2013 by Atomsk88
Hot Heart
He's the second son because he has an older brother AND NO OTHER REASON.
TCP
Second Son is an interesting title. He has an older brother, he comes after Cole, and the First Sons were important in the original Infamous.

TCP
According to the Infamous Wiki: The First Sons were a secret society dedicated to the advancement of humanity by transhuman means. To this end, they had researched how to grant or enhance abilities such as telekinesis, electrokinesis, and various other enhancements of the human body. They were lead by the mysterious Kessler, who seized power after a coup against former leader Richard Tate. CorgiShinobi
Well here's the problem, Delsin's power is that he absorbs other Conduits' power! (Shows how much I've been researching...) So yeah, I guess he won't entirely be smoke-fire. We'll probably expand beyond Infamous 2's dual-element mechanic, without the need of a wonky machine, though I'm sure some powers will be a choice similar to Infamous 2. deanb
So seems to be very similar to Coles powers just fire based. The destructible environments are nice though. Looks pretty as hell.
