Yantelope V2
Patching does suck if only because of how slow the process is. In a normal game the developer just issues the patch. In the case of Red Faction Guerrilla the patch goes back and forth in the MS approval process and gets released a year after the game is out and long after you've lost interest in the game. Johnny
Yes, it's punishing me by making sure the legit games don't work and the pirated games do, which leads to me not buying GFWL titles... You said smart, but to me it sounds retarded.
TheMightyEthan
Maybe it works better in the US, for some reason?

TheMightyEthan
What GFWL games require you to be online to save?
deanb
In my experience most of them require you to be logged in in order to use your saves. Go offline, or have GFWL forget it's authentication and poof, say au revour to your saves. I'm sure I've brought up my lovely experience of Fallout 3 plenty of times before now. And there's this from the previous page: http://steamcommunity.com/id/deanbmmv/screenshot/488876173301621132?tab=public
TheMightyEthan
In my experience while saves are tied to a GFWL account you can still play with that account offline and it works fine. Specifically the two games I know I've done that with are Batman: AC and Bulletstorm.

Faiblesse Des Sens
Probably nothing. Which is the problem.
FredEffinChopin
As long as it doesn't get in the way of this, I'm a happy camper. It'll be nice to boot up GTA IV without logging into three separate services. Plus I'll have my home button back in that and Dark Souls, which means I get to take screens again.
