@FLD: I just watched that a couple days ago.

My name is Neo, motherf**ker!<--Mods: Would this be unacceptable use of profanity?

Love that

Just as long as you remember there is no spoon, you'll be fine...

(Only just found this thread joy!)

This was one of those rare moments when a film totally surprised me, I had no idea what to expect next.

Pretty much every scene from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is worthy of this thread if you ask me, but I'll limit myself to the one for now. I presume it goes without saying there are going to be spoilers in this thread?

And how's about the best scene in True Romance?

I could sit here posting videos all day so I'm just going to leave it at that.

@Hot Heart

Good call on Falling Down, in my opinion half that film belongs in here.

DON'T CLICK THIS if you haven't seen Ip Man and don't want (arguably) the best fight scene spoiled. Also, shame on you, go watch it.

Was going to post the sword vs gun scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark, but after it was all typed up I went back just in case, and sure enough someone had already posted it -_-

So now I must think of something else!

Oh! I know! :D

This is probably my number 1 guilty pleasure movie. I know it's terrible, but I can't help it. I just fucking love it.

The opening scene to Chungking Express. There are many incredible scenes in this movie, but the tone set in this scene, compounded with the pillow shots of the muted, starless sky above the Mansions, along with the forced-Gestalt, pseudo-pointillist perspective realized through deliberately limiting the viewer's sense of continuity establish the moods of longing, ambition, quietly smothered emotion, and pathetic sadness that pervade the film. You owe it to yourselves to watch this movie.
