Commander Shepard
We've all had that game screw up and glitch on us. From random NPC's contorting their limbs into impossible angles, to that ragdoll corpse that keeps flailing about the room even after it's been dead, to that facial animation that just downright scares the bajeebus out of you. Post your stories/links/youtubes. and for all you Fighting game players out there: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBn5wMnqVSY

Vargras
Can't forget how bug-ridden Noveria was in Mass Effect (no pun intended), not to mention the fact that if you got ragdolled while fighting Benezia and got stuck in the floor, you were basically screwed. One of my more hilarious deaths in that game was when I got ragdolled, slipped under a guard rail, fell about two feet, and got the MISSION FAILURE screen. Mercurial
Lol RDR glitches are awesome. But ya sometimes in MNC when my assassin is killed by a throw move the head will clip into a wall and the neck will stretch pretty far. Unrelated, but I had an awesome experience with hacks in MW2. Got into a hacked lobby, but the host modded it so everyone had hacks and there was low gravity. Man I laughed so hard and it was pretty awesome. I had the FREAKIEST death at that part. Right after the mini-cutscene where she uses Stasis, my character got frozen by it ... but never got out. I just sat there, helpless. To make it worse, every time she threw another attack at me, it would bend and contort Shepard's model like it was made of chewing gum. So after a minute or two, Shepard was a weird pile of noodles on the floor. SOOOO weird

That goddamn Asari who pushes you over. And if you're near the staircase...YOU FELL DOWN A COUPLE OF STEPS. DEAD!
TheMightyEthan
I have played Mass Effect all the way through like 9 times (on 360), and I have never seen any of these glitches.
Vargras
I have played Mass Effect all the way through like 9 times (on 360), and I have never seen any of these glitches. You got lucky then. Noveria had quite a few bad ones, with some of the worst being related to elevators. You would use the elevator, you and your entire squad would step on-board, and... nothing. The doors wouldn't close. The elevator wouldn't move. You couldn't even open the game menu!

Faiblesse Des Sens
Now that I think about it, a lot of the ME glitches I've seen are from that part, and I've experienced them myself.

Vargras
I haven't been fortunate (or unfortunate) enough to encounter any of these in Dragon Age, but it's still hilarious. And this was so much better before he added the music to it. Still funny, though.
Enervation
I remember people talking about an insane head-twisting glitch that happens when you first start Fallout New Vegas. Apparently the doctor who saved you would have his head rotating as he talked to you when you first woke up. I was fortunate enough not to experience it myself. /whistle
Nexus
When I was playing RDR, in the cutscene where you get the soldiers to lay the dynamite before blowing something up, I think before the first hideout in the plot, the soldier was invisible. So, dynamite was walking and planting itself.
