Thursday Next
I've had two PSPs and never did, but this isn't that thread. I'm assuming you are talking about getting a PSN purchased version of Ys on your PSP to replace the... other one you have on there now. If so, yes, the same PSN account can be activated on all your PSN enabled devices. I have downloaded Metal Gear Solid, Legacy of Kain and Final Fantasy games to my PS3, Vita and PSP. I've also downloaded God of War, Patapons and Modnation to my PSP and Vita. It's all rather seamless and easy.
TheMightyEthan
Some PSP games don't work on the Vita though, so if that's your plan you should do some googling first to make sure it works.
Thursday Next
Good point, I've yet to come across one personally.
Mal
Alrighty, that is all I need to know. Consider Ys Seven bought after the PSN comes back online...
Strangelove
Wow, apparently Gamestop prints out free online passcodes for Sony and WB games. I bought a used Wipeout 2048 and I got a pass code printed on my receipt. I looked it up online and sure enough they do this for most Sony and WB games(they did this for Arkham City too). I wonder how Sony and WB allows this. It cant possibly help them at all. They dont get a sale from the cartridge ad they dont get a sale from the online pass either. TheFlyingGerbil
maybe gamestop pay money to Sony/WB for them? Surely that's the only way gamestop could get them. They may be able to get them off Sony for less than the $10 they'd have to knock off the game for not having the code included.
Mister Jack
I do think I read somewhere that GS buys up a bunch of codes themselves to give out.
Thursday Next
Retailers pay first party for codes. Sometimes publishers will do it too. It's a neater, cheaper way of doing retailer exclusive dlc. Rather than having a leaflet printed inside the box or creating a Gamestop exclusive pack, you just have GS print the code on the receipt. Strangelove
http://blog.us.plays...ame-collection/ PS+ for Vita in November. Same shit as PS3 - instant game collection, discounts, 1gb cloud storage, auto update and trophy sync. Playstation Mobile launches October 3rd. Theres going to be a new comic/manga reader app too. Also, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus got announced (Im probably the only one who cares), God Eater 2, A Muramamsa port, and some other Japanese stuff I dont know about enough to care. Strangelove
Did anyone try out Virtue's Last Reward or Silent Hill: Book of Memories? I actually enjoyed SH a lot more. Yet I know only one of these will be critically praised and the other will be panned to shit.
danielpholt
Did anyone try out Virtue's Last Reward or Silent Hill: Book of Memories? I actually enjoyed SH a lot more. Yet I know only one of these will be critically praised and the other will be panned to shit. I've got the Book of Memories demo on download right now. So i'll give you my opinions after i've played a little of that. Honestly, i'm not a massive Silent Hill guy, but i'll give anything a go on that screen. Back to LBP. Its one of my favourite games of the year so far. I can't stop playing it. Looks great too. One last thing. I'm finally starting to notice some Vita ads on TV. In the last week alone i must have seen 7-8 Vita adverts for LBP and FIFA13. Thats got to be a good sign surely?
TCP
The Vita commercials have been strange... I didn't see any till a few weeks after launch, and I haven't seen any since.

TCP
I'd say Gravity Rush, but you can't go wrong with either.

TCP
Hey people who buy their games via retail. When you put one cart in, and take out another cart, does the bubble from the original cart remain??
Mister Jack
Yeah, what's up with that?
TCP
I would imagine so you can see what's new in the live screen. Also I only got like 5GB left on my card.. running out of space quick. I'm probably going to have to pick up one of Ragnarok Odyssey, Persona 4, or Assassin's Creed on retail cart, but it'll be nice to still be able to see my entire collection. Mister Jack
I've only bought two actual vita games so far. All my downloads have been PSP games. I will probably download Persona 4 since I downloaded the previous three, but for the most part I intend to buy actual vita games on carts to save on memory for games where I HAVE to download it. For example, I intend to buy PS All Stars on the ps3 but doing so gets me a digital copy on the vita.
