You can get the condense milk in a squeeze bottle. I honestly only started to see them in the last year or two. I find that the Mexican brand(s) flow better. Trader Joe's one is also decent and I find that one to be cheaper. I recall using one from Target or some regular grocery store. That one was hard to get flowing.

So, I upgraded my roasting equipment with a stove-top popper. Main reason I went this route instead of the air popper is that I like the unevenness stove-top roasts.

The thing is though, I just did a test run with about ~225 g of coffee beans and it is certainly way more even of a roast. I'm just confused on the actual burner settings and such since I think I may have under-roasted my coffee. Visually it looks to be just a little pass first crack but it looks off. Maybe it's just bad looking beans. The amount they smoked seemed right though... I need to run through my 8 lbs of coffee before I'll make a verdict. That evenness though! Reduce that scorch!

Maybe soon I'll be comfortable on gifting roasted coffee.

I have a tea question for any of you that are a bit knowledgeable. How much difference to taste will these leaf sizes make? Obviously the bigger leaves are dearer, and I'm not sure I'd appreciate the difference if it's subtle

That's the same exact hand powered coffee grinder I now use for camping and while away from home. It's a fine coffee grinder but yeah, I feel Rachel. After a while you want an electric one for at home use. Luckily she has a handy husband while I had $200 to blow on a coffee grinder. I love my electric grinder but shit, the idea of doing this definitely came to mind and this madman done it!
