Just saw on the Bethesda twitter account:

To our fans who’ve asked: Fallout 4 doesn’t end when the main story is over and there is no level cap. You can keep playing and leveling.

Cool that it doesn't stop after the main story.  Weird that you can level forever though.

Yeah, no level cap doesn't seem like a positive to me. Didn't they also already say that enemies don't scale? That's good but you kinda need a cap to balance that out, no?

I was a little worried that they showed nothing but the sandbox-y stuff at E3 but now it's kinda starting to sound like that might actually be the main focus of the game. That would be such a massive fucking disappointment. I don't play Fallout to build a shitty outpost and "fuck shit up", as the gameplay trailer so eloquently put it...

I love Fallout 3 despite its shortcomings but I really hope Bethesda aren't taking this one even further away from what makes Fallout, well, Fallout.

Horrible URL but it explains how the perk system works and even shows off some of the in-game skill book artwork (it would seem there's individual artwork for each of the skillbooks)

System Requirements and lots of other nitty gritty info like supported languages and such.

Intelligence video is also out but I'm at work and in control of the office music today so can't load Youtube.

Lets see what Bethesda can do with 8 GB of RAM at FO4's graphical fidelity. Besides my GPU, I'm running on 5+ years old hardware. Might not matter much but this might be interesting.

Edit: And holy shit! It's only a month away! I keep forgetting that it's due to drop in November.

8GB of RAM should be plenty since the graphics are mainly limited by vRAM and not system RAM. I mean, 8GB RAM is enough for every modern great-looking game I play, so I'm not worried about FO4's system requirements. The problems will be the patented Bethesda Open World Bugs .

Edit: Here's the Intelligence video. And, holy shit, does it imply that there will be driveable vehicles in this one?

I'm pretty much just waiting to see what if any the differences are between the PS4 and Xbone versions of the game are, in terms of performance, etc.  Luckily since there pretty much aren't preorder bonuses I don't feel like I'm missing out by waiting.
