It doesn't allow penis blood to escape, aka 4 hours+ erection, which if not helped can lead to really bad shit. To get the blood out it can range from a needle to a cut around the penis to let blood out. So sorry to say but I've read some sick shit in Cracked and watched horrible porn and horror movies, and this is the mildest shit I've ever seen. The guy overhyped it. What the guy try to do is for people to learn and well, this one is for the guys and a spider brought it up. As a 24 years old guy, I learned what those 4 hour erection warnings actually mean. I also learned of an extreme form of ED treatment where you more or less get a prosthetic erection. Getting old(er) kind of sucks... can I stay in my 20's forever?
