deanb
Due to relocation this is my current set up. I could do with getting a desk cos that's not the best set up, though I'm unsure where I could put it. Do have the bonus of a PS2 now though, but at the loss of my second monitor. Luftwaffles
It's pretty temporary having that second monitor off on top of a drum, and the audio between the PC and PS3 is a complete and utter mess, but this is my setup. The pictures also cuts out the very small collection of hard copy games I've got on a shelf above the desk, but whatever. deanb
Don't put photos you're going to embed in the "Photos" folder. That should really be renamed "Album" or "Gallery" to avoid confusion as that's what that folder is for. You should put items you're going to embed in the "Public" folder. I have a "Photos" folder in my Public folder.

TheMightyEthan
I really need to clean off my desk. *Edit* - lest you should think that thing on the right monitor is a giant penis, it's the Mythbusters making a tower of soap by bubbling methane up through soapy water. Luftwaffles
That yellow finger monster. I loved them. Seriously. I found it in a drawer a while back and now it's just sitting on top of my mic for shits and giggles.
danielpholt
Uploaded with ImageShack.us My PC set up. Got my 360, and the Girlfriends Wii set up in the living room. Out of shot is my Gamecube and my CRT which no longer fits on my desk. That Printer is killing me. The Chip boxes are being used to store the crap that said Girlfriend has accumulated over her 22 years.
deanb
So did we all buy the same keyboard or something? (minus Ethan, who seems to have instead gotten a G5 to match mine) It'd be the Sidewinder X4 for those curious. I really should maybe publish that review someday. danielpholt
The cheap one i wanted was out of stock, so i decided id just go crazy and splash the cash. Its HUGE compared to my MBP's keyboard. Yet everything is so much more cramped.
deanb
I got mine for £3 . It was on sale n I had £20 in Amazon vouchers. Which cheaper one did you want cos of the Sidewinder range atm the X4 is the low end one with the X5 being the higher end keyboard.
TheMightyEthan
I have a G5 for gaming, but my regular keyboard is some shitty ViewSonic thing I got 7 years ago for $11. Still works perfectly, so I'd say it was a good investment. *Edit* - Come to think of it, it's the only part still remaining from the first PC I built from scratch. It's a pretty good keyboard for the price. I certainly don't regret buying mine, and it appears everyone else hasn't as well.

Strangelove
You have a Kinect? For shame, Ethan. I expected more from you... Then again, you also have Move... and a Wii... My reality has been shattered.
TheMightyEthan
If it makes you feel any better I think the Kinect was a waste of money. The Wii I got for free from my brother in law because he never used it. *Edit* - I'm also inclined to say the Move was a waste of money, though I did really enjoy playing Infamous 2 with it, even with the constant need to recalibrate. TCP
I like the Move... and the Wii. So sue me. Sorcery is a fun game with Move, and I'm itching to try Portal 2 with it. Let's not forget the Wii had Galaxy 1 + 2, and Skyward Sword. Which is worth the purchase alone IMO. The Kinect though....
TheMightyEthan
Yeah, I like Galaxy 1&2 and Skyward Sword a lot.
Strangelove
I think it's about time we update this. Beside my PS2 and a few games, I dont own a single thing from my last picture anymore. I'll update mine tomorrow.
deanb
I'm not even in that house anymore. Anywho: Communal gaming area. My PS3, TV ain't mine but housemate currently has it. TBH I prefer my TV, it's smaller but it's proper full 1080p and doesn't have weird green marks pop up. And the private gaming area. So this is my new PC as of December (with new SSD as of this afternoon, hence the installers). Same keyboard and mouse though. Headset is housemates old one, it's flaking on the pads but other than that it's alright. Next stop is getting a new headset and some speakers. Mini-easel props my phone up as a tertiary display for film and what not.
Strangelove
So yeah. I basically replaced everything I had. I got a bigger tv, my fat PS3 broke and I got the slim a few years back, sold my Wii years ago, Got a Wii U a few months ago for some dumb reason, and I cant help but leave my PS2 connected, even though Ill probably never play it again. I also keep my PS4 at the top because Im scared to death of it overheating and breaking like my PS3 did if I put it in one of the shelves in my entertainment center. My house doesnt have 24/7 air conditioner, so if it's too hot I just dont use it. Im just paranoid about it now. This is also my 3rd entertainment center. It took me forever to find one I wanted, so yeah. Even this one isnt ideal, but its good. I amassed a shitload of blurays over the last few years and I used to have a ton of games, but Ive been selling them all off lately. I just really dont care anymore. And I just keep my Macbook on one of those desks with wheels on it in front of my couch. Even though I have a perfectly fine desk in my room. That I never use.
