Toshi
I hope they do enishi justice. I prefer him as a villain over shishio really.

Mal
So I am being an idiot, browsing the net late at night when I should be sleeping, when SUDDENLY: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65IRCa0TJC0  Then I realized that I only watched like 10 episodes when I was like 10. I recall Wizard Dexter and his caterpillar, and blue girl and her clearly hacking dragon armor mech from under the sea after getting their asses handed to them... yeah... Now back to being an idiot. Saturnine Tenshi
Clamp is, by far, my favorite studio. Mostly because of Chobits and xxxHolic, but their other series are neat, too.

Pirandello
Just saw the summer 2011 listings for anime. It's all shit (as in, nothing interest me). Here's the link. Okay, The Idolmaster might be on the list. Might. But it only appeals to me because I know of it. Mal
Oh hey, it seems like they're finally finishing Hellsing Ultimate... I think? And I wish that a sequel of sorts comes out for Mushishi...
「Advent Chaos」
Well allright, never thought I'd post here. Currently watching Hanasku Iroha, Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai (despite having a ridiculously long name, it's pretty great) Also recently finished Toaru majutsu no index and I'm getting ready to catch up on Railgun. Also watching The World God Only Knows S2 and waiting patiently for the last episode of Oreino. It's looking to be a good year for anime! Saturnine Tenshi
What is Oreino? I haven't heard of that one. I really need to catch up on The World God Only Knows so that I can start watching season two. I'm starting to get backed up with all of the writing I've been doing. Also have episodes of Shinryaku! and Arakawa waiting to be finished. |:
「Advent Chaos」
Whoops, misspelling! It's supposed to be the abbreviation of Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni kawaii Wake ga nai (My little sister can't be this cute!) Ah Shinryaku, everyone loved it. I didn't finish it either, it's also on my backlog, but for some reason I rarely feel like watching it. Instead I nichijou, it could be that I'm easily amused, but I was laughing quite a bit while watching it.
Little Pirate
I really hope they get a second season of Umineko no Naku Koro Ni up.
Saturnine Tenshi
I thought it was OreImo, but I wanted to be certain. So you're watching the web animations, then? I absolutely loved that one. Too much, I think. Too much. <:
「Advent Chaos」
I absolutely loved that one. Too much, I think. Too much. <: Somewhat comforting to know I'm not alone on that, but still... Kyousuke's ability to resist Ruri's charm and advances is almost illogical in my mind.

「Advent Chaos」
He's thinking of all the things he'll do to his sister. Noooo stop that! That's terrible! (terribly delicious maybe) Speaking of delicious, anybody watched the last two episode of mahou shoujo madoka magica? The fansub group I've been watching is taking their time, other than that I'm very excited!
Saturnine Tenshi
Stopped that one after episode one. Didn't snag me enough when I have so much to catch up on. And yes: terribly delicious. A few months with Kirino and she tugs you into her bedroom, all carmine-flushed and anxious. Tells you she has to show you something. Collection comes out. You accept her, of course; making her indebted to the person who accepted her(not really) heinous hobby. You say you're okay with it because she's special, that you won't condemn her like everyone else would. Slave obtained. Edit: Finally got around to catching up with The World God Only Knows. It got trite after a while. :\ Still hanging on, though. Edited May 3, 2011 by Saturnine Tenshi
Mal
So yeah, I went to an anime con today... just pretty much sat around watching old school anime. First off was Bubblegum Crisis. It was pretty damn good. I think I have to watch it all now. Second was Vampire Hunter D. I read the first book but man was it odd watching it. Way too dark to see shit... may be the projector's fault. Dunno. Overall, it was an okay watch. Lastly, Project A-ko 2 and half of 1. 2 was not bad. 1 is a classic and the controller friggin cut it off... So yeah. YEAH... wooo... con. Sure blown $68 today but hey, I got away from my usual routine for the day which is nice.
Pirandello
So, I started watching Ano Hana, in addition to my current list of Hanasaku, TWGOK, and Hidan no Aria. Surprisingly good.
Mal
Reasons to love Project A-ko (1)...
Saturnine Tenshi
I still need to finish the first season of Arakawa. I was watching it around the time my computer would BSOD when watching video. First, I need to catch up on TWGOKS2 and Hanasaku Iroha. I also have, uh... Nichijou, Yumekui Merry, Deadman Wonderland and Sakura Taisen downloaded. Maybe I'll make tomorrow a day of anime. 「Advent Chaos」
So yeah. YEAH... wooo... con. Sure blown $68 today but hey, I got away from my usual routine for the day which is nice. You didn't buy any goods or made new acquaintances or anythin' like that? I've only been to one Con and it was less than stellar, but I had some fun. Prices did kind of hurt, specially after not enjoying myself too much, but it is a really nice break from the daily routine. So, I started watching Ano Hana, in addition to my current list of Hanasaku, TWGOK, and Hidan no Aria. Surprisingly good. I'm loving Ano Hana so far, had my doubts from the first screenshots, but so far it has been heart-wrenchingly great. It's a bit early to say/judge, but I'd say it could run for AOTY First, I need to catch up on TWGOKS2 and Hanasaku Iroha. I also have, uh... Nichijou, Yumekui Merry, Deadman Wonderland and Sakura Taisen downloaded. Maybe I'll make tomorrow a day of anime. I thought you weren't really liking TWGOK? How's Yumekui Merry and Deadman Wonderland? the latter looks pretty good, I should pick it up.
Saturnine Tenshi
Still hanging on to TWGOK. Once you're there, it's hard to quit. Even if it's repetitive. Wrt the last two, I haven't started them yet. I've been so busy writing that I've only stopped for the three days it took to finish The Witcher 2. Prices did kind of hurt, specially after not enjoying myself too much, but it is a really nice break from the daily routine. I went with some friends but because their phone answering skills suck ass, I was just by myself most of the time. Had fun looking around for one thing to buy. I was looking hard for a Cirno figurine but the only one was $100, WAAAAY out of my price range. If only it was two years ago... I would of had the money but not now. I spotted someone selling those sprite beads things at artist alley, which was pretty damn cool. I might order some from them or something when I move so my wall won't be so bland. Now, I did bought a Yotsuba 2011 calender. Sure half the year is pretty much over but hey, something to fill my walls. Also, I missed out on a autograph session with Halko... it would of been cool for her to autograph my phone cover. My phone doesn't really have a name... I would of named it Halko. ;_; Now... I have an itch to buy a A-ko figurine but... none exist. NONE. This is BS. --- Also, I have realized that I tend to stick to older anime since so much of the current stuff are... you know... they don't really stand to be much remembered in a year or so. They don't stick as well. Eh, maybe I'm not the type who like the insane amount of ecchi there is now. So hard to say what it is. Eh, I guess its just so easy to pick out the gems of the past than from the present. Edited May 30, 2011 by MaliciousH
