They could do training fillers... There is also enough time skips for them to have enough to screw around with. Another thing is I've noticed that they expanded scenes from the manga.

I'm guessing a good point for them to stop is...

If you're looking for engrish I have a bunch of favorite scenes. A recent reminder was in Steins;Gate.

"Hey-a. Wanna rick my a-rorripop?"

Which reminds me for those who are SG fans and didn't know, movie came out like last month I believe so translation should be at some point this summer hopefully.

Yeah that armored Titan. And now that I've caught up with the manga and know more about the colossal and armored titan, shit is getting good.

So do you think tomorrow's episode will be the one dealing with

Because if so I might just tell my friends to trust me and wait till next weekend and catch both parts. That'd be a HORRIBLE cliffhanger to leave it in and I don't want to do that to them haha

Nah, training. Maybe even two episode worth of it. The mangaka like to use flash backs a lot but I don't think it'll sit well when its an anime. It would cause problems with pacing.  Don't get me wrong though, flash backs are important, especially with this mangaka.

With that said...

FUCK ME I've found some great animes. One is apparently a remake from an old show. But the comical old-school early anime schtick they might have had got changed. I give to you

Space Battleship Yamato 2199

If you're a fan of Battlestar Galactica or Star Trek YOU MOTHERFUCKING OWE IT TO YOURSELF. LIKE FO REALSIES NIGGA. To watch this show. So far there's only 14 episodes aired out of 18 or 20 planned for the first season. But being the huge sci-fi nerd that I am, I am jizzing over how good everything is. It's literally like the two shows mentioned above. A great cast of character. A likable hero. Cool freaking space battleship battles. SCIENCE'N'SHIT. FUCK AAAAAAAAAH I LOVE IT SO MUCH. AND I'VE ONLY SEEN 7 EPISODES.

Also another one that just started, outside of Attack on Titan, is called Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet.

Very moe. But animation is good. So far we only have three episodes out but I like the animation and the "fish out of water, only the fish whoops ass" story. Give it a watch, you might enjoy it.

If you have any idea about any similar anime pleast let me know.

Space Battleship Yamato is indeed a classic. I just never got around to it for reasons, one is being its age. Anime from that time period is funky (See Captain Harlock... absolute badasses but I need to finish it). Anyways, you just gave me the small push to watch the remake.

The second show also have caught my eye, I just haven't gotten around to it. I'm waiting for it to get further along before I jump on. Same thing with the other mecha series by Bandai, which could be another Gundam SEED clone (Which is a MSG 0079 clone).

Honestly, now none of you have a reason why to not watch this. Uploaded by the studio WITH SUBS.

Let me know what you think of Space Battleship. From what I can gather, the original had a couple of ecchi stuff, which I haven't seen here besides one nurse character who I'm guessing is the staple character for that in the show. Also apparently they pulled a BSG in the sense that the original used to have a male pilot, and the remake transformed the male pilot into a female one.

As to the show you posted, that's very well animated and has high production values. I'm sure it's great too. I'm just not very big on all-girl-cast slice of life shows. Like that musical one, or any of those Lucky Star-like shows.

FFFFFFFFFF I'm about to catch up with Yamato. And the problem is they apparently released these 14 or so episodes as a couple of movies beforehand, and the tv airing just started like the sevent of this month. So if there are no other movies to finish the first season, I'll have to wait till like june or july before the show catches up.

edit: nevermind the show is having a really weird format. They're releasing 3 episodes every 3 months for the dvd. I think the TV show might eventually outpace the dvd release, but May 28th the next three episodes will be released. So I have quite the wait till the next set. Shit I swear I need to find one or two shows with a similar format to watch or I'll be anime-less. At least in terms of being able to marathon anime shows I'm interested about. I'll be forced to only watch it on a weekly basis.
