I really like it so far and it's surprisingly original in narrative. It's been a long time since I cared about a JRPG. Here's hoping it stays good. Anyone else here play DQ? What is the best one? TCP Posted March 12, 2011 Report Share Posted March 12, 2011 Dragon Quest IX was my first Dragon Quest game, though I did pick up VIII awhile back, I haven't got too far into it yet but it seems like a 3D version of IX. IX was an awesome game, my favorite portable of 2010. I am, admittedly, still at the final boss, I took him on last week, it was a close battle.... but I was not triumphant. One day...
