The xbox 360 does not have a mod chip right now, it has a custom frimware for the DVD. at most theres a chip that lets you switch frimwares on the fly so you cant get nailed by xbox. Microsoft is making a killing with pirates. they don't ban the XBL Account(unless you try to take down the whole system) but they ban the consoles. so a user can just buy/mod another console and play online again till the next dashupdate. basically their making their hardcore customers buy more than one console. lol

always bet on the duke. buying this game on day one, getting a box copy for that sweet cover. I trust gearbox they make fun games.

hahaha, theres word(rumor) that sony might combat the piracy by adding Blu-ray Disc Serial Keys. wow, that will completely kill the ps3 gray market. gamestop wont be happy with this.
