  1. I have no idea what's going on anymore. I was actually hoping to see Joel post...
  2. Actually, I distinctly remember Crecente mistaking AchromaticMagus (Whitemage) for you, Dean. Do you remember that?

  4. Fairly certain I was using warp to 0m, and that it took forever. I do remember jumping around 140+ AU through a single star system. It was quite a distance from the starting zone, and like I said I was using my starting ship (which I had basically stripped of all equipment to put onto the Cormorant) and my energy drives weren't large enough to cover the distance in a single jump. 140+? Maker... That would explain why it took awhile. Sometimes in those desolate systems it can seem like you're warping forever.
  5. Once I buy my PS2 and get a gamepad that'll work for my PC, I'll probably pick up Oblivion on Steam with the rest of my money. Really itching to play lately, for some reason.
  6. WWYTB thread is hours of immense entertainment.

      The What thread?

  7. How does 15 jumps take over an hour? (Maybe I've just forgotten how long it takes to go through that many systems, but over an hour still seems excessive.) It also doesn't make much of a difference what ship you use (unless it's a damn freighter or something, those take ages just to align to wherever they're warping) unless you're traveling through really huge solar systems. If it's just a few AU to warp to, then your ship's warp speed is pretty moot, but if you're traveling 50+ AU to from stargate to stargate THEN I could see how your starter frigate would take a lot longer to get there. Also, were you autopiloting or using "warp to 0m"?
  8. This is all so silly. Am I dreaming?
  9. Rifter is best frigate, in my opinion.
