  1. I love achievements. Gamerscore, not so much. Gamerscore needs to be destroyed... The only game I've 100%'d is Galaga. ...Yes. Galaga.
  2. Thinking of doing a Manly run through Pokemon Yellow. Anyone care to follow the story of my epic journey?

  3. No internet this weekend. Managed to slip into my neighbors wi-fi, but it's really unreliable.

  4. I have this urge to listen to Diablo Swing Orchestra all the sudden.
  5. Egh. Steam games are lingering in my library waiting to be played and I have an excuse for all of them. Alien Swarm: Somewhat just uninteresting, but mostly no friends ever play it. Audiosurf: Was awesome back in the day, but now it's just kind of boring. Beat Hazard is better. Borderlands: Played online, stopped reading so much what was going on in the quest details and lost interest. Deus Ex: Fucking hard. Half Life 2 and Ep 1: Don't want to play it until I get the first one. Portal: Beat it too many times already. Team Fortress: Lost interest with all the items that get added. The Witcher: It's a complex RPG that I don't feel like playing unless I have a lot of dedicated time. (Non-Steam Games that are still in my library.) Minecraft: OCD runs rampant. My Sims: Too embarrassed to play while anyone is around. SimCity4: I fucking suck at SimCity.
  6. ^ I don't understand what Capcom's deal is with DRM. Maybe they can't take a hint that their games aren't always winners?
  7. The site isn't working at the moment.
  8. You fucking slut. <3 Jordan Rudess Keyboard Solo, Dream Theater at Budokan
  9. It definitely took me a lot of effort to push through the first half of Platinum, but it was fun and the storyline was actually pretty good and easy to follow. Reminds me of R/S/E. The storyline there was good, but it was a little harder to follow because there weren't many encounters with the enemy, but in Platinum they seem to be a constant threat. Black/White honestly doesn't look all that interesting. My biggest dilemma is who I would choose as my starter. Smugleaf looks the best, but he's a grass type and I already have another grass type in mind. :/
  10. I used to pirate and emulate games occasionally, but this past year not really. I didn't feel bad about it, but it was hard to enjoy a pirated game for some reason. On the subject of DRM, fuck that. Never encountered a game that kept me from pirating it other than ONE, but I found a way around it by bogging down my CPU forcefully. All DRM does is fuck with legit buyers.
  11. Down with Dean! Up with... uh... shitty non-game related articles?
  12. Screw the forums, let's just use this to talk about stuff. Wooh!

      Small?

Joystiq's writing is so awkward for games though. I just read both (ignoring the Japan articles) and I'm still not satisfied.

I'll give Joystiq a pass on the fact they're 99.9% gaming news, unlike kotaku. You probably won't see me comment though. Kotaku's is still better for that.

  18. So I've been watching Hetalia a lot lately. Fuckin' awesome.
  19. It makes use of four fingers at a time so with 8 spells you just have to move between two rows. It works better than using the number bar but I will agree that it feels funky just do the fact that you're not using wasd to move around and I'm sure most of us only ever use those keys for that function. See that's why. I keep trying to use WASD to move. lol
  20. Yeah, I couldn't choose. Too many games and in a week I'd have a different opinion.
