Call me insane, but I'd pick Phoenix Wright over LA Noire any day. Or rather, I'd pick kooky, zany plots and likeable characters over ZOMG FACIAL EXPRESSIONZ and srs bsns storylines.

Both Phoenix Wright and LA Noire depend entirely upon having a well written story. I'll bet that some cases in PW are better than some cases in LA N and vice versa. Quality varies wildly in these on a case-by-case basis.

Yeah, even in the dark ages parts of the UK even I heard about how Kotaku have moved on up from spoiling games pre-global release (as in play US version, spoil it before the Friday global release) to spoiling the games entire story over half a year before. Of course Acti can pull a Valve and revamp it all so it's different.
