How about 1080 LCD TV? they're cheaper now. I got mine ('22 LG) when it still $300 a year ago, I bet they're cheaper now.
  11. Someone died in the US? Oh God, and I thought they were able to cool it down. And why do they put their Nuclear reactors in the coastal areas? it like asking for tsunami to hit them.
  12. Ah yes, Super Sentai, I remember watching some classic versions. Edit: Almost forget to put the new pirate super sentai op. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MJMKwh7X-s
  13. I disagree on the randomness aspect. Non-thermodynamically speaking H(X) = E[i(X)] In fact your coin toss example is perfectly applicable here too , provided it's a fair coin that can be used in a Bernoulli Trial. As a side note all measures are human-made because our mind is incapable of thinking without measuring sticks. Think of anything that's based on human studies and you'll find there are scales and levels on which they are measured because that's how our minds work. Take away those systems and it's still random. It's not measuring systems, those are made by us mostly to measure uncertainty and they themselves are uncertain when we get to much smaller or larger levels. It's why Quantum Science today is in a state of flux. Note: I'm not discussing religion here, but you just brought up all my years of studying Engineering and Maths from nearly 10 years ago. Bah I remember wasting so much time on Theory of Computation and Algorithm Analyses. Sometimes I can see where the birds are, they flew away years ago, hunted down by a speaking eye, before I can speak my mind much further, the great giant molasses creature appear in front of me and start telling me how lucky I am for being teeth, yes, teeth, just like a canyon in our backyard during our vodka hours! So be it, maybe I could manage to stay in my place, but sometimes the loneliness is making me sing some Johnny Cash songs, and not in a flight of dancer way, but more like a flying mule. I cried and I cried, but she kept telling me that when the house is two, I can still swim in my neighbour swimming pool, but I don't want to, do you see how he fill his pool? by asking Marcus, our local treasurer to sing his beloved ballad, The Penguin Alpha. I laugh at them, maybe this place is just like home, oh wait, I'm home, home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home home..... 14. Someone already offering me Wet for $15, maybe I should get this, finish it, and decide to keep it or to resell it again.
  15. I saw a footage where tsunami start rolling inland, I saw some cars that still moving being swept away, and a bunch of moving cars get stuck in a traffic jam while tsunami coming slowly at them like a brown giant full of debris. And they already found around 300 dead bodies, casualty can go up when the flood is dissipated.
  16. Let me see here: Cracking joints in my hands? yep Neck? yep Twisty hip crack? yep yep Joints in my foots? a little bit. Rolling my tongue? can't do But I can flap my ears.
  17. Now playing Dark Sector, it's like RE4 & 5 but with added glaive as very useful gadget. I can say that rather than fighting against virus infection, this game actually harness the virus itself.
  18. What I hate: People who try to justify his hatred to a genre by using someone else list as a shield he can get behind, things in that list is mostly generalization from few games. Both JRPG and WRPG both share the same possibilites for some developers to produce either great or crap games.
  19. Stranglehold, short game with fun gameplay, especially if you love John Woo movies. Now... I'm curious about Wet, are this game is like Stranglehold?
  20. Bought: 7 used PS3 games from a guy who sell 50+ of his game collections for cheap. - Valkyria Chronicle - Fallout 3 - Tornado Outbreak - Stranglehold - FEAR - Dark Sector - Alpha Protocol For only $80 woot! Now I need to reorganize my backlog, I think I'm going to start with Stranglehold, Tequila need his adrenaline pump!
  21. So, someone (friend of a friend) is selling 50+ of his PS3 games collection, and he's going to sell it for cheap...... get ready to RRRRUUUMMMMBBLLEE!!! *jump in to the crowd*

I only got 7 games, the rest is snatched rather quickly by others who arrive at his home early, he actually have 150 more titles who already being bought by 1 person. Yeah that dude is a hardcore gamer.

  22. - First game you ever played that featured what you would call a 'moral choice system' - did you like it/think it worked? A japanese love sim game, don't go too far though, don't understand the language. - Do you like/dislike any particular games with karma meters? Depend on how developers implemented it. - Do you like/dislike any particular instance of a moral choice? Read above answer. - Is it something you think certain games could start incorporating? If so, which? A story heavy games, with multiple endings - How would you improve upon the typical karma meter system? Add gray areas in it, and make some decision with the same results even though the choices are completely different.
