  1. It was actually a billion dollars which is pretty badass.
  2. Modano has AIDS, Belfour did 9/11, and Hull was in THE FUCKING CREASE!!!!
  3. I'm on Chrome, and everything looks the same.
  4. Huh? (I assume since the rest are now talking Persona 4 that that comment is directed at me) Yes it was. I know all about the lack of homosexuality in ME2, I've put way too many hours into the game. I thought your earlier post was a hint at ME3. But I will be seriously pissed if I bought Lair of the Shadow Broker pretty much b/c of Liara, and won't be able to continue that relationship.
  5. C'mon, Dean, need some sources on that quote.
  6. I know we aren't supposed to double post, but this is one of my favorite topics, and I'd hate to see it die so quickly. I'm hoping to see more contributions! I can't believe it's taken me so long to post this one. Here you have Mick Jagger and David Bowie. I'm sure we've all heard a rumor or two involving these guys, and one look at this video and it's pretty easy to think those rumors are true. You've got Jagger in Reebok aerobic shoes, sweatpants, and some ghastly pastel ruffled shirt. He starts the video by swinging around a pole like a stripper and basically just flailing around. Bowie enters the video dancing with his hands in his pockets, looking quite lustfully at Jagger. No comment is necessary for his trench coat & pajama combo. And this is just the first 45 seconds, mind you. A truly great awful video: C'mon, it's Wham, nothing I say will be as clever as just watching the video:
  7. Yea, I play it zoomed all the way out.
  8. Well considering there's so few games that give the option I'd give a hat tip to a dev who allows it. Fable handles it all rather tastefully. Your'e essentially Bi, the NPC's are straight or gay, and if you want you can woo opposite and/or same sex, get married n all that. It doesn't make much of a fuss of it and I'd imagine they were more on the fence of it being offensive to only have opposite sex relationships. Also being a british made game I don't think it had the same "What would conservative America think?" process put into it's design. Considering (hey it's Bioware once again) where they just came out and flatly said 'Commander Shepard is straight. End of, you shall have no say in it'. Which was somewhat disappointing. Where did you read this? Does this mean my female Shepard who has a relationship with Liara won't be able to pursue it in ME3?
  9. Some solid choices there, FLD. I can't believe I didn't even think about Deus Ex, it's one of my favorite games ever.
  10. While I agree with you in theory, in practice there are certain genres (such as simulation racers) that I just dislike, and so while I won't write off a game entirely simply because it's in that genre, it does mean that the game has a higher threshold to reach before I'll be interested enough to try it. I can actually agree with this.
  11. TOY STORY 2 IS ON ABC FAMILY RIGHT NOW. So, my answer is Toy Story 2.
  12. I'm still stuck on 3-15. Damn.
  13. Gamerscore is just your standard e-peen comparison. In the end, we're all dumber for it.
  14. Man, I don't think there's any genre I can completely count out. That just seems...dumb. Sorry.
  15. I'm sure Cheew meant multi when talking about it taking too many bullets to kill someone b/c I fucking agree. Holy shit it's bad. Sometimes it'll take 5-6 bursts from the M16 to take someone down, and these are center mass shots. In MW2, one burst in the upper torso is an insta-kill, and that's the way it should be. I've pumped an entire SMG clip into someone in BlOps, and they weren't killed. It's absolutely dreadful. There is no weight to the guns at all, they feel like NERF guns.
  16. On the mobile skin, in the upper right corner, there's a little arrow looking thing. Click on that and a box will appear, from there you can hit Status Updates.
  17. Right now I'm just a part scrub for a local machine shop. I mostly do assembly/shipping. I'm going to school for a Bachelors in English/secondary education, possibly picking up a minor in psychology soon.
  18. No, but the part that had the most emotional impact.
  19. So far my plan has been a great success.
  20. I think the fact that it's the end of a storyline for which we've been waiting 11 years, and 15 years total for the series, plays a part. The fact that CGI toys can elicit an emotional response the way TS3 did shows how talented Pixar is. The final 10 minutes of the movie were as emotionally engaging as the first 10 minutes of Up.
