    I found my original copy of A Farewell to Kings that I bought during Sophomore year of High School. I may have a replacement now, but it is easily one of my top ten albums of all time. What a great memory. My first Rush album.

    You can push lunkheads and super annoying creatures off the edge with the musket, hence its value in all-idols on.

    If you end up playing all idols on, most of the weapons you find near the beginning become straight up worthless. Pike/Musket is the best combo to use for all idols on, or the final weapon if you wanna be a cheapass. Carbine works well too, but reload is a pain.
