deanb
http://www.commodoreusa.net/CUSA_C64.aspx So the Commodore 64X was annoucned earlier this year, basically the old shell with some new internals. It's priced at $1500 and it's going to go down the drain. It comes with a host of ports: USB 3.0, HDMI, toslink etc. It's running a Core i7, 8GB of RAM, 2TB HDD. Then it fucks it up with an Intel GPU (most likely the one on-board the i7) It's also not running Windows but their own flavour of Linux "Commodore OS Vision" (though comes with WINE n VirtualBox pre-installed. Oooh). So yeah overall pretty disappointing, especially for the price. I guess it could make an okay media PC. Except it's not wireless like the Eee-keyboard.
