tonyp2121
"Set in a mysterious and abstract sterile environment, Q.U.B.E. (Quick Understanding of Block Extrusion) is a first-person puzzle game that challenges players to navigate each level by manipulating coloured cubes that surround them. There's little to go on as the game begins - the player is dropped into an all-white room with few instructions, and simply has to figure their way out. The tone of game changes as the player finds small and big alterations to their environment, supported by an original score, inviting each player to let their imagination take over as to where they might be. Through experimentation and discovery, players will progress through an ever-evolving series of cube puzzles that will challenge them with logic, physics, platforming." -SteamThoughts on it? I finished the game yesterday, took 4 hours or so. It was quick, but it was pretty fun. The soundtrack is very good, but theres not really a story since not an ounce of dialogue is spoken in the game, but what little story there is was told by the scenery and backdrops. The games pacing is fantastic, it introduces you to a new puzzle element every time you think you got a hang on the last one and then mashes them all together to create a unique experience. Honestly the 4 hours of gameplay are worth it, but I would still advise waiting until a steam sale.http://store.steampo...com/app/203730/

toxicitizen
Played through the demo yesterday. I liked it. Very portal-y. Probably going to wait for a lower price, but I definitely want to play the full version.
TheMightyEthan
I tried the demo, and I am very much intrigued. My biggest complaint with the demo is actually the sounds. The footsteps make really hard-surface sounds, but to me the blocks look like they should be softer than that.
