Did you find out why they are so hellbent on making iTunes worse with every update? It was honestly not just the best job I've ever had, but the best time of my life. I did not actually work in the iTunes department, although occasionally we would work with the iTunes department to integrate a revamped iTunes into iOS 7. I'm assuming the group that would make a program that looks and functions like iTunes and actually act proud of it would be something like the special education department of a high school.
