I know there's a few of us who have the game.

I finally started on it earlier today/yesterday. Almost done.

Story is really interesting, I like the art direction on the cut scenes. Gameplay is really good. For the first majority of the game, I really didn't see where the camera was that big of an issue. Is the camera problematic? Very. But its easy enough to work with and with a mixture of going into first person and stopping and using the dpad, it can be overcome.

Then about 5/6 hours in, it really hit. Trying to go a certain way, with a spinning block to jump on. But the camera is fixated behind you, and the only way you can even get a glimpse of your target is by moving the camera up for a birds eye view, and even then you can only see a small portion of the spinning block. Same area, different target, nonmoving, wouldn't even let me go into first person to make sure I was facing the right way fully.

I've heard the final area really maximizes the camera induced frustration, I'm looking forward to it. goody.

Despite the camera issue, its a very solid, very good looking game. Probably the best third party Wii game yet.

If you have a Wii, do yourself a favor and pick this up.

I don't know that I'd call it the best third party Wii game (Zack and Wiki, Tatsunoku vs Capcom and a few others would like a word with you) but it is one of the best that I've played.

As someone who is a bit of a Disney fanboy (for the stuff that came out when Walt was alive) and who knows that Ub Iwerks and not Walt Disney created Mickey Mouse it was fun to play this game and explore and interact with so-called forgotten characters like Oswald, Horace Horsecollar etc. I would've liked to have seen some real forgotten characters like Max Hare, Toby Tortoise, the Three orphan kittens etc.

One side effect was that I got out my DVD sets of the Disney Treasures and watched a lot of the old cartoons.

Have you unlocked any of the real cartoons yet?

Have you been using the lock-on?

y'know, I just hit a boss last night where I found myself asking for a lock on. Didn't occur to me to check if there was one... :sherlock: ...so.. what's the lock on?

But in the other awkward camera cases I've experienced so far, a lock on wouldn't help because there really wouldn't be anything to lock onto.

You aim at an enemy and press the c button. The camera's still a little off but it helps.
