I heard the PC patch broke WASD functionality in menus.

They opened up a new section being taught by another professor, and automatically dropped me into it. I wouldn't have any of that. I immediately put myself back on the waitlist for my favored professor, even if the other class had guaranteed spots. Not sure about online courses, but they're probably going the greedy route and attempting to emulate the regular college seating, ie. only so many students to a single class, no matter how much you pay.

Sneak is really overpowered. It's so overpowered even my hulking Daedric-toting Heavy Armor brute can sneak around like a dartsy rat. It's ridiculous.

I'm tempted to visit you guys just to say hello. Haha. I guess I should be thankful that at the very least I am able to waitlist a class that is being taught by a capable professor (who I've had for two classes last year). I'm staying on that damn waitlist for his class no matter how long it takes for me to get in.

I went Imperials, but I made it no secret that I disliked the Thalmor. Any Thalmor unlucky enough to meet me in the wilderness will soon find himself kissing dirt, getting skewered by a Dremora Lord, or thrown into the sky by Odahviing. No mercy for the "high-born."

So my small rant today is about a different kind of roommate. FIies. Man, how do they even get in? I wake up one morning and all of a sudden there's dozens of fruit flies flying EVERYWHERE in the kitchen?! HOW? We didn't even buy any fruit! There's nothing on the counters, or anything! I suspect it may have been our small but yet undisposed of trash bag which held a meager amount of food waste that attracted them, but damn do those flies have a sense of smell. I've just started resorting to throw everything in the large metal trash bins outside now whenever any bag gets full. It's quite a ways from my front door, so it's really annoying.

I go to the same university Pirandello does. The enrollment system (to the best of my knowledge) is based first on what year you are. Obviously the longer you've been at the university, the higher priority you have. The second one is based on major. For whatever arsed reason, they decided to let the majors in the engineering college pick their classes last, for freaking Christ's sake. What this usually translates to is all the breadth courses being full, since everyone else either has them as a major or needs them, as well as our own freaking engineering classes being full, because some of the other majors require that they take lower-to-mid level engineering courses to satisfy a breadth requirement they will never use beyond university. I believe the last criteria is how well you do in grades, but I've no indication that this plays any role as people who score worse than me get to choose classes almost a week earlier than I do.

It's absurd. Absurd I say. My Heavy Armor character is capable of sneaking within a fairly close radius of enemies (he has to walk though, otherwise he will make too much noise) but nonetheless I've been able to sneak fairly easily through dungeons, sneak sniping everything in my path. T'is absurd. Also, dragon parts are really, really heavy.

Bahahaha. Mages. I'm a Breton, so that's an automatic 25% magic resistance. Couple that with my armor enchantments now and I have almost 80% magic resistance, and that's not even counting my rings and necklace. Just need to buff up my shield defense and whatnot and I'll be a walking juggernaut.

They're usually the hardcore PvPers in MMOs, who are obsessed with getting the best out of all the equipment they have. Sometimes, that habit carries over into singleplayer games. I myself am completely content with my standard Daedric armor, though it definitely can stand to benefit from a few enchantments. I'm a sword and board warrior, so as long as I play it safe I'm effectively unkillable (though it requires a ton of stamina potions to compensate for my blocking).

Not sure if you guys saw the video yet, but here is Chancellor Katehi of UC Davis walking to her car at night: Hardly disruptive, incredibly powerful. On a side note, I go to UC Riverside, a campus famous for having absolutely nothing famous. Nothing ever happens here. :l

As Pirandello said, the issues have pretty much settled down now. I am liking it a lot more, but the lag in instances is still a bit of a problem since it prevents some snares from working, but that's about it. I compensate for it by using Gauss grenades and Sticky Bombs, quite handy to subdue and stun enemies. I'm a gadget/staff user with Batman as my mentor. My secondary character is a dual pistols/magic healer combo, and I plan on starting him up sometime next week. Healers are in a huge demand, it seems, for bosses and whatnot.

Had a lot of fun last night. Get back from work, proceed to jump into again. What do I get? 5000 person queues, and infinite loading screens. I've been trying unsuccessfully for about 3 hours now to no avail to get into the game. People keep telling me to "just wait" and let it run out. I'm pretty damn sure a game does not take an hour and a half to load. If SOE is going to keep this game in its current state, it's going to lose everyone it's trying to keep in, including the current subscribers (the current subscribers are not immune to these issues). At this point in time, even though it technically is (in my eyes) better than Champions Online, it still ranks lower than CO. It's a great game, but SOE is really dragging their knuckles on the server issues, and people are starting to get impatient, subs and free players alike.

It was my antivirus blocking it, lol. Regardless, I'm getting very terrible lag when I play. I blame my horrible connection, it has a penchant for lagging to crap and throttling pretty much everything.

I'm downloading it now. I should be in the game in a few hours; depends on how moody my connection wants to be today. UPDATE: i'm stuck in an eternal loading screen. This happen to anyone else?

That trailer was so average it makes monotony seem like double rainbows. The real clincher was when all those soldiers were running out of the dropship, and all of their movements were perfectly in sync with each other. Ugh. One of my pet peeves.
