I was going to start a thread on this subject, and then found this one. Absolute favourite - The Neverhood. Man I could play that game over and over again - and still do. Also some other ones, "It came from the desert" Though I only had this on the Amiga, the main focus of gameplay for me was getting put into hospital and then trying to escape - Real sort of GTA graphics, Day of the tentacle - again, play this one so many times. Broken Sword- I was so happy when they released these on iOS, My train trips home from work are now so much more fun. And back to the Amiga again , Power Monger, that was freakin awesome ( Sound effects were the best ) Der Clou / The Clue and The Sting - I love games where you need to plan and plan and plan for hours, only to find your plan sucked. - Anyone know of more games like these?

Didnt the guys who made kinect approach apple about it first, and apple rejected it? That would indicate strongly to me that they are developing one.

I'd completely forgotten about this game till I saw this post. I'm digging it out as soon as I get home. The vehicle building part did it for me, not so much the legacy references.

Bionic commando, though I think it has been ruined. I was addicted to that game on my NES. The stores never had it, so I basically had it permanently rented from the video store

Love Fable, I remember playing the original on the PC over and over again. Never finished Fable II due to bugs, I'm stuck in that tower dream with chesty (I've been stuck there a while, Bought the game on its release day). Really frustrating because I took so much time, racked up way more hours than needed, maxed out those sometimes hard to max out stats, and then I get stuck? I was originally refusing to play it until the bug was fixed, but in waiting for so long I've lost interest in starting again. Still looking forward to grabbing Fable III when I get some time to commit. Really need to catch up on that one.
