I went through getting all the Riddler stuff. I think the riddler could be an awesome villian in Rocksteady's hand so I'm glad they're giving him a bigger role.

Obligatory Dead Island post. Blew me away. Also, the Twinkle Twinkle Little Star trailer for Dead Space. Pretty haunting. I'm sure there're others but they slip my memory right now, I'll post again if I remember them :3 Edit: God damn it Neo!

I concede that to you, I can understand your frustration in that people might judge it because it isn't alike to the others, but they had a lot to live up to and people loved those games, myself included. I did know nuts and bolts was a vehicle game and I knew that it was totally and completely different but I just hoped it'd be better D:

The very fact you mentioned 'not what I expected when [you] heard another B&K game was coming out... I loved the N64 games' betrays the fact you approached it from a biased point of view. Besides, how is saying you hated the game - and hate is a very strong word to use - any less extreme than his defense of it, which after all admitted the game was not flawless? I went into it loving Banjo and Kazooie games of the past. I also went in knowing that it was not like those games. I expected a good game and in my opinion, it wasn't. I'm just putting across my opinion and I'm not telling anyone they're right or wrong like rockyran is, I'm merely saying that it was not my kind of game.

I think you're defending this game a little bit too much. Some people have differing opinions y'know? I went in with an open mind because I still bought the game, and I did know that it was primarily a vehicle game, having read reviews to that effect. I still didn't like it. I'm all for originality and games trying things different but if I don't like them, I don't like them. It's simple.

I took my younger brother to see Tangled the other night which was good... I've seen a lot of good films these last few weeks.

The kotaku massacre, what a time. RIP Commenters. My favourite writer is Totilo, by far. He seems more professional, he knows what he's talking about, he has similar tastes to me, he's a nice guy when I've spoken to him on Twitter/in the comments. My least favourite by far is Bashcraft, who's articles spread a broad spectrum of shit, ranging from generally mis-informed to "this girl is hot and there's a console in the photo" I don't mind Tim Rogers all that much. He does seem to write whatever thoughts roll through his mind and he's in desperate need of an editor but they're not awful. Lisa Foiles is an obvious cash in on the "Hot girl plays games". Her writing is not all that spectacular and I find her articles to not be that interesting really (with some exceptions, admittedly) Plunkett, as stated by someone else in here, is an antagonistic bastard. The others don't really bother me at all.

Well, I saw it. Very impressed by it. Very well directed and Portman was incredible.

Hell, how can I not be excited by this game knowing it's done by the Persona team? I checked out the demo and it seems like something I'll enjoy when I can understand it, so now I'm just crossing my fingers and waiting for a localisation.
