Kick Ass 2, although it leans closer to good than bad with me. Like Waldorf said, the subplot with Mindy didn't really need to be in the movie for what they were trying to do with the character, but at least it isn't boring to watch. Even though the movie is about Kick Ass and Hit Girl and how they struggle to deal with their new lives, I feel like the highlight of the film is Jim Carrey's character, Captain Stars and Stripes. He's interesting, memorable, likeable, and actually pretty badass. Kind of a shame Jim did such a complete 180 on the film after Sandy Hook, though. Don't get me wrong, Sandy Hook was terrible, but a movie is just a movie. Oh well. So yeah, there are some pacing issues and the writing and action scenes aren't quite as good as the original, but it still entertained me throughout.

I actually got through hard mode pretty quick on my second run. I thought the game just gets really easy after you play through it once but maybe my reflexes are just really good or something. Javier gave me hell the first time around but the second time on hard mode I made him my bitch.

I liked the Space Quest IV series for the most part, but it's still not as good as the main show to me.

Eh, Blazblue and Guilty Gear did the same thing but I guess if you're used to Mortal Kombat and Injustice then it would seem a bit lackluster.

I wouldn't mind a PC port myself, but who are we kidding. Every fighting game company except Arc System is coming around to steam.

I doubt it'll be much better than the shitty series they've already been doing, but it's nice to see they're at least doing something new for once. The production value looks better too, so I guess that's worth something.

Beaten the game three times now. I can blow through normal mode fairly fast now. Haven't moved up to hard mode yet, though. For now I just want all my characters to get their level cap raised. I feel like there should be a list of commandments for multiplayer games that gets displayed whenever you join a lobby. Something like this: 1) If someone is eating, let them finish 2) Don't hog all the food like a dick 3) If someone is trying to uncover treasure or cast runes, then quit moving the camera around, douchebag 4) If there's a wizard in your party, let him deal with all the wooden boxes and barricades 5) If there's a sorceress in your party, let her deal with bones if you don't really need them 6) YOU CAN'T HURT THE WRAITH UNLESS THE CANDLE IS LIT. FOR FUCK'S SAKE, PEOPLE! 7) DON'T WAKE UP THE DRAGON UNTIL ALL THE LOCKS HAVE BEEN PICKED

There's a sequel to Persona 4 Arena that just got leaked on NeoGaf. So far new characters seem to be Yukari and Junpei from Persona 3. They also change up the game system a little bit, presumably for balance purposes. They also added shadow versions of each character that cannot burst out of combos, but they get something called "shadow fury" which gives them free meter. Elizabeth has no shadow.

I guess I'm waiting to hear how it turns out. I mean, like FMA, a big thing about the manga is that it's just this huge mystery and nobody knows what's going on, and if the anime has to make up the answers then I'm a little skeptical that they won't do something stupid. The original FMA anime wasn't too bad though, so I guess we'll see. I'd rather they wait to end it if possible, but anime tends to really prioritize coming out in a timely manner.
