I dunno, those optional platforming sections in Guacemelee! definitely required you to use all the skills you've sharpened over the course of the rest of the game, but I wouldn't say they were anywhere near as hard as Super Meat Boy.

I was gonna keep paying for PS Plus either way so I'm pretty unaffected by the news, but I can see how it'd be a drag. On the plus side, you don't need PS Plus to play any of the free to play games like Warframe or Planetside 2. Microsoft, that's what you SHOULD have done with World of Tanks.

So are people here still into this game? I'm considering it but I don't want to get it just when everyone else is moving on from it.

I loved Super Meat Boy but I can easily understand why someone else wouldn't. It's not exactly what I would call a "fun" game. It's really hard and irritating and chances are you'll contemplate suicide at least once while playing it, but the reward is in the challenge. Truth be told, if the game wasn't so well designed I'd probably hate it too.

I didn't care for Cowboy Bebop the first time I ever saw it, but I saw it out of order and couldn't really follow the story so it wasn't the best introduction. Everyone insisted I give it another shot, though, so I did and I'm glad I did because when you watch it properly it's fantastic.

I'm still gonna wait a while. 500 bones is a lot to drop on short notice. Also, I'm already an early adopter for the ps4, I don't plan to be the guinea pig for TWO new consoles.

I used to have the fat but I had to switch to the slim when it died, so I'm hoping this mean I can theoretically go back and forth between PS3 and PS4 when I want to without having to go behind the tv every time to swap out the cables.

So much for switching consoles on the fly. I don't want to get rid of my ps3 yet but I don't have a lot of space in the tv cabinet anymore. I guess I'll have to do some finagling to make room when it comes out. Or stand the PS4 up vertically but I was always paranoid about doing that for any console that wasn't the wii.

Maybe this is a dumb question but does the ps4 use the same power cable as the ps3?

Oh god, if Sasha dies that would make me so upset, especially considering the horrible, undignified ways people die in this manga.

The thing that bothers me is that now that next gen games are all going to be on bluray, you'll probably need to invest in a gigantic hdd or constantly delete and reinstall your games. With bluray discs holding up to 50 GB, that could quickly become tedious.
