Got my tax refund! Time to get me a laptop! m11x is still a solid choice for the money, right? Nothing better has come out recently I should know about? Also, would it be wise to buy it online? I'm a little paranoid about having to ship it somewhere if for whatever reason it happened to break.

I can see it fine on the default skin, just not any of the other ones, and there's still blank space in that bar. I'm 1440x900.

I really need to get off my ass (or rather spend more time on it) and finish DA Origins on the PC before I can play 2...I beat it once on the ps3 already, but only because at the time I didn't have a PC that could run the PC version, and as far as I know the saves can't cross platforms.

I don't see that. Is it only on the default skin? I'm using the Portal one. Actually, all four of those things after "Contact" don't seem to be on this skin.

I finally took Kotaku off my bookmarks. Just fuck it. Fuck the new layout, the ogliarchal attitude of the higher-ups, the complete dismissal of reader opinion and support. Just fuck it all.

Well that's lame. It would have been such a great co-op game. The lack if that actually kills almost all my interest. If anything, I'll wait for the inevitable game of the year edition that will be cheaper.

Well if there's one thing I always say, it's that games don't have enough zombies in them.

I keep getting conflicting data. Has Epic definitively said if the game has co-op or not? And by co-op I don't mean a survival horde mode.

inFamous was my first Platinum ever.

I got Shrek 4 from Netflix simply because it was free. It was better than 3 but that's not much of an accomplishment. Somewhere along the way the series just became too character driven, which is an odd complaint but fairy tales aren't actually about deep characterization. The movie didn't really play with the whole Grimm Fables thing more than an occasional sight gag. I didn't hate Shrek 4 but if I had paid money I might have been a little mad.

As much as I hate buying accessories, MS did make a wireless receiver to let you use wireless 360 controllers with your PC.
