I used to do them a good bit, but my life is a lot busier now than it used to be and I just don't have the time to go out and play these games into the wee hours. I can't remember the last midnight launch I did now. I will do these for movies, though. Ironically, seeing movies that late often works better for me than trying to see them during the day. Funny how that works.

Just as well. Sports Champions is nice and all but I would have preferred a cheaper bundle without a minigame pack.

Watched Gangs of New York. Decent film but it left me a little depressed by the end.

I can stand like...3 or 4 vertical rows of icons if they're neatly organized. Anything more than that and I have to do some cleaning.

Even if it is technically inferior in the graphics department, I don't see it, and if the trade-off for that means it will run more smoothly, I can live with it.

I don't really think it looks much better or worse than the first game. If it does, it's not enough for me to notice while I'm playing it. The game definitely runs better than the first one, which I appreciate. I do miss the advanced PC settings and quicksave, though. Sometimes you just gotta take the bad with the good.

I was actually a little disappointed in Deathly Hallows. I didn't hate it, but I felt it was punctuated with too many long camping scenes where nothing happens. Yeah, I know it's being faithful to the source material, but what works in a book doesn't always translate as well to a movie.

Well, if you think about it, it doesn't really cost much to provide a free download. Some bandwidth costs, I guess. Those boxed copies, however, have to be packaged and shipped around the country. I guess what I'm saying is that they might stand a better chance of recouping those costs if they sell more console copies than PC copies. Only new copies get the free download, right?

Anything in place to stop me from buying the ps3 version with trade-ins, getting the free PC copy, then selling the ps3 one to put a reserve on, say, Duke Nukem?

So...I'm trying to play through the original Crysis and Crysis Warhead before I start on Crysis 2, but every time I launch either of the two latter games it crashes instantly to the desktop. Crysis 2 runs fine. This is why I fucking hate PC gaming sometimes...

If I can run TF2, Dragon Age, and Crysis 2 on high settings I damn well should be able to run MNC.

Well if you can run Crysis 2 you should be fine (TF2 isn't a benchmark for anything) so there's likely some weird issue involved here

Finally finished up Dragon Age Origins, Awakening, and the relevant DLC. Time for Dragon Age 2!

I bought the PC version for 40 bucks but I don't think I'll get to it anytime soon. I still have Dragon Age 2 to beat.
