I'm thinking gameplay will be closer to what Duscae provided. During the uncovered thing they said that Platinum Demo was it's own separate thing to unlock Carbuncle, whereas Duscae was a part of the final game. I might be reading into it wrong, but I'm guessing they switched things up a bit for the Platinum Demo due to its brevity and unusual content.

It's really starting to shape up. There were only a couple things I didn't finish in Duscae: maxing out my level and defeating the Catoblepas at the lake, but the rest was pretty cool. Once you found all the phantom swords you could do the teleporting attack thing which was awesome. The Platinum demo was short but really fun. They have a fun mix of things to do and see, and some of the spells look neat. I'm definitely getting excited for the release.

That's a lot of games FLD! O: You got me thinking, so I checked some previous numbers to compare, and 20 is a pretty solid year for me. And the most I've beaten in a year since 2011. Coupled with my busiest non-gaming year to date (Trip to Spain, Chicago Comic Con, Final Bout 2, The Trip to Germany, The Packer games, the hand full of races and other training stuff), I'm actually surprised I completed that many. I played REmake thoroughly when it was released on GameCube. It was fantastic then, so I have no doubt the HD REmake was also spectacular. Bloodborne would have to be my game of the year for stuff released this year that I beat.
