Picked up Event Horizon & Resident Evil: Afterlife on DVD for £10 last night. Not sure what I'm going to make of Afterlife, but Ali Larter is enough to offset potential shitness.

Just picked up my L.A Noire pre-order, sitting watching the glorious progress bar as I install the three disks.

Watched the A-Team remake the other night. Usually not a fan of summer action blockbusters, but I really enjoyed this one. It's over the top immersion shattering excessiveness really worked in it's favour. It almost makes you keep watching because you want to see what is coming next.

I've been working on a completionist Fallout 3 play-through the past few days. Previously I've used the mod that disables GFWL, but I figured the achievements would give me motivation to experience the entire game in a single run instead of doing odds and ends. I've managed to do all of the side quests, the main quest line up until reaching the Citadel & finally the Mothership Zeta DLC. I'm looking to tackle the remaining DLC before finishing off story. Although I think the UK release of L.A Noire today is going to put that on hold for the weekend.

Hi all, I am 21 and am from the UK. In my non-gaming time I'm a Psychology student. I've been a lurker on Kotaku for a few years now and joined the Steam group sometime last year. I noticed you guys have a Minecraft server via the Steam group so finally decided to bite the bullet and registered both on Kotaku & on here. In the past I've mostly been a PC Gamer, but find myself on the 360 more often these days. I was talked into finally buying Minecraft about a month ago by some friends, after resisting for quite some time. Hoping to find some more like minded Minecraft players.
