  1. I enjoyed Doom 3. A lot. It really started getting me back into PC gaming. I'm looking forward to seeing idtech5 in action, but also looking looking forward to the game in general. Car combat, open world, almost an all out rpg, John Carmack... totes can't wait. Slightly on topic: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
  2. Despite being D&D noobs (Gabe said he started with 4E), their games are very inventive and look like a ton of fun to play. I'd love to be in a PA D&D game
  3. Totes can't wait. It comes out my last week off work, so I'll have until the following Monday to play it. ...and my Mom is coming to stay with us that last weekend. oh joy
  4. agreed. Like I said earlier, might wait for holiday steam sale and pick it up heavily discounted, hopefully. As for the demo, I'll try to get to it, in between Bulletstorm sessions.
  5. aah, I didn't look at the date, I just remember this http://www.gamasutra.com/view/news/31551/New_Blizzard_Ads_Seeking_Diablo_III_Console_Devs.php but it sounds like its a much more sure thing. As long as it doesn't push back a pc release.
  6. oh, a job posting? that's old news, dean. They've had a job posting up for console developers for quite a while, and have stated they are open to exploring Diablo III on consoles, but have made no commitments. If it does go to consoles, it'd be some time after the PC release (I would hope), much like Torchlight coming to XBLA. Either way, I'm not holding my breath on seeing it on my PC this year, next year would be a much safer bet.
  7. good lord he's going to be a lil fatass like I was when I was a baby. 8 lbs 8 oz on checkout, first pediatrician appointment, he's up to 8 lbs 13 oz. less than a week old

    1. Mal

      Mal

Its a good thing he's a bit heavier now since then you know that he's very healthy!

Feed him correctly and he'll be down in weight to height in no time.

      ENTIRE TEAM IS BABY!

Feed him correctly? I'm pretty sure six months of breastmilk would fall under the correct category. :P

And actually, breastfed babies grow faster in the first several months, and formula fed babies catch up later, but fatten up.

  8. wow, that is a very bleak paragraph, RPS.
  9. thankee, hot http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPTXyR49pUQ
  10. maybe because of the many exoneration and wrongful executions that have happened and continue to happen. if you were executing someone, wouldn't you want to make DAMN SURE they were the person actually responsible?
  11. actually, capital punishment and death row costs more than housing an inmate for life without parole. http://www.deathpenalty.org/article.php?id=42
  12. I like the way it looks in that shot. yay webshooters!
  13. I'm okay with that. if he does it himself, gen pop, whatever, I don't care. We didn't pay for it then.
  14. long story short: I'm against capital punishment. lock the kid in a cell and put pictures of him and his mom or just his mom on the walls. life without parole.
  15. I've only played Bad Company... ... what's the difference?
  16. never used guns. Got the trophy proving it. I loved that aspect of the game. I had a lot of fun with the game, even if I wasn't very good apparently; I hardly ever got the inertia mode or whatever it was called to work.
  17. grr.. Netflix is consistently letting me down with their streaming options this past week.

  18. the above conversation kind of makes me want to watch Saved! again, funny movie. ...drat, Netflix streaming fails me YET AGAIN. That's like... 6 or 7 movies in a week.
  19. I don't like that you'll have to repurchase items off PSN through Playstation Suite. Looking forward to the PS Suite app to come out though, and the fact that the Play is going to Verizon makes my next upgrade choices a little easier.
  20. Best idea ever, and a very good way to incorporate RockyRyan's idea in a way that makes sense in the game world. The apocalypse could be caused by some kind of virus or something that just makes people completely lose their minds. This reminds me of a way my friends and I would play GTA III at times. We'd ramp up the difficulty and use the cheat code to arm the citizens and make them hostile, turn on insta-full stars, and see how long we could survive. SO MUCH FUN.
