I never played Sim City, but Cityville is pretty basic in it's approach. You build your population by creating businesses, which need to be supplied every 10-15 minutes. Create houses to store your population, you'll need to farm for those supplies and also need a fair amount of Cityville gamers to help you out with many quests. Dammit! it's Farmville replaced by buildings! But I like it, very addictive and you got the Christmas quests going on at the moment that just started if you feel like joining in.

Well, Commander Shepard was given his own private suite in Mass Effect 2. I for one would have loved to decorate it, salvage crap during Missions and put it around the room, the fish in the tank and hamster? was a step in the right direction, but I want more customization. It might be the most useless feature in the game but dammit I want it!

True, it does make sense. I thought it was interesting that they made an important character (Guinevere) a black character, and the only one for almost two seasons on the show. On a side note, she's hot.

I understand that white characters has been a fact of life in terms of gaming, I don't really care too much. I'm always shock when I do see minorities in a game. Like in Fallout: New Vegas when I took down a Legion solider and saw that he was black, caught me off guard, which is weird cause it's 2011 and something like that isn't suppose to be weird. Many games are fixing the minorities problem though, like Mass Effect 2, Fable, and a few others. Off topic, but anyone watched Merlin the tv series? There's only two black people in the entire series, and they are brothers and sisters.

Demon Souls. Bored the living daylights out of me. I love Role-playing games but I did not enjoy it at all, seemed like a dull hack and slash that caters to the hardcore. I'm a casual player, give me my Fable, bitch.

Okay, I'm a Yankees fan (I'm in New York man), and yes, they do spend more money but with the Red Sox and Phillies doing the same I think the bar is about equal right now. I truly think the Phillies could take it all the way if everyone stays healthy, though we shouldn't overlooked the Giants incredible pitching staff.

Agree, 10 percent in a game where a lot of your enemies are male is good stuff. Plus I don't mind the male NPCs hitting on me, just I rather be taken out to dinner before being anyone's dinner buffet.

Edit: Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I'm going to assume the letter "L" stands for Left and the username is suppose to be a shout-out to Left Eye from TLC. Damn I'm weird.

You know, I enjoy going through gaming forums at times for a good conversation and made the mistake of visiting the one from FAQ. There was a thread on a Fallout: NV perk called "Confirmed Bachelor" which supposedly makes your character gay. Without fail we had the typical hatred from those who were angry that they chose a perk that they didn't know made their character gay (Explains why some NPCs hit on me, I just thought I was hot), but I sort of understood the argument made on both sides. One side argue that a few conversations didn't make their characters gay at all, and the 10 percent damage? you got from choosing the perk didn't hurt. The other side felt since they were role-playing a straight character, that not wanting to choose a gay perk made them homophobic. So the question is, how do you guys personally feel about this? Does a perk having gay implications affect your decision on whether or not you should choose the perk? And another question, what if Link from Zelda fame was made to be a Gay character, would that affect you at all? Do you ever see a big time company making their next big star gay? If not, why?

Fallout: New Vegas I'm currently doing just a solo lonewolf type gameplay. I started off with teammates and realize they are WAY TOO HELPFUL, it's like I'm watching them play the game, that's not why I enjoyed Fallout 3 in the first place.

I'm currently fighting the flu so tons of crappy soup with crackers and some Gatorade.
