I look forward to Origins for the stupid bullshit. They're totally doing it on purpose and I love it. If I want a super serious Final Fantasy, I wait for FFXVI which is coming along (there's also FFXIV). Sounds like the scenarios and such are pretty much done which I understand was kind of the issue with FFXV where it was a disjointed mess. Seems like this time around they got their house in order and seems on task, taking into account any pandemic delays. Hoping for an uneventful dev period till more reveals/trailers (setting my expectations to TGS 2022 at latest with release in 2023).

FWIW, there is a basic outline in what pose to happen till the end since well, it is based on a historical figure. So some news. Their side manga, Duranki, has been officially cancelled. Duranki will be published into a volume with unpublished material. Berserk is still a question mark but combining with a previously unpublished interview, there is at least a very rough outline plus an estimate of 60-80% completion so my speculation: Seems like there's enough notes around for the assistants to work internally to see if they can close out this arc. It's likely to be the most they can do since the next and probable final arc needs Miura's guidance. Then again, maybe Miura had a Christopher Tolkien to the John Tolkien.
