Now this is to go with the above. Add in some rice and you got a meal. My neighborhood got it's own Chinese BBQ place similar to the one shown above. The place got an entire assembly line of ducks, chicken and pigs drying and curing for a day or so that the head chef got to attend to plus the counter work (chopping) that he also do. You actually could copy this at home, just got to adapt your technique.

I personally never listened to his stuff but he's fundamental to some of the folks I listen to. I'll be giving him a listen.

I had to return a buggy game so I got this instead. It's really solid. -

Pixel per inches. A good comparison is downscaling in a game rather than any other anti-aliasing method. Another in person example are phones and tablets. I mentioned in Discord how amazing art looks like on my new tablet. Part of it comes down to color, yes, but another major factor is the resolution versus the screen size. Hell, my old phone before the battery blew up had a smaller but similar resolution as my current tablet. Photos there looked amazing too.

I think by 20 years (probably sooner) they'll nail down a mechanical human-like hand. Probably do another dance routine that shows off the hands. That or basketball. By 20 years I'd expect these robots to get faster, hell, what they are showing off above still makes me go "Huh..." in a good way.

Steam sale haul. Wattam because I'm a sucker for weird games, especially by the same guy as Katamari and Noby Noby Boy. Outer Wilds for a more serious game. Giraffe and Annika for an indie game that looks cute but it may be a bit weird. -
If they keep the crew nice and concise, I think Falcom will do fine barring any gameplay development issues. Having a brand new start feels nice.

No localization but Hajimari will be on Steam in the summer. Clouded Leopard are the same folks doing the ports for Zero Kai and Ao Kai. Remains to be seen how good they are but, just need some localization team. Edit: It's be hilarious (and kind of sad) if Falcom just said "Fuck it" and just have fans localize the games. lol

Man, took them long enough. Now they got to do the other characters and more Ys stuff since I already preordered this: I really want an Adol figma or something like that

I would put this in the Youtube channel thread but they cook basically how and what I cook when I do Chinese. The above is basically how I do blanched veggies. While I have different methods and preferences, what they do during the cooking and suggest during their discussion portion of the videos are great advices. But yeah... growing up I never got the distain most American children have for veggies until I really looked. I never went through that phase since the veggies I ate were tasty. I have preferences, mind but nothing was ever bad unless they were cooked wrong (which is basically the issue with how most Americans approach veggies for the longest time). Another great channel to follow and video to watch: Chinese Cooking Demystified is a bit more straightforward. Cooking with Lau is more homely and got great discussion sessions. Edit: For the last video when they do morning glory (I know them as water spinach or ong choy), you don't have to blanch. Stir fry with more oil. Shrimp paste or fermented tofu can come in the end. Hell, even the sauce for the other veggies might not be needed. It's all comes down to preference though.

Umm, you guys on PC should be careful and not have your save files grow too large. Appears at 8MB in size will corrupt your save.

When textures aren't there, it's like worse than PS1 era graphics since it's so jarring. I think the most major thing is the frame rate issues. Frequent frame rates in the teens or singles is just no good. That's delay territory. Should've delayed the last gen version but looks like they were out of options with their investors so they hid the problems hard. CDPR's management got some serious internal reflection they have to do, not only for this fuck up but also the crunch. Bless the PR team on damage control lol With that said, from the people who has a decent experience, seems like they all like and love the game. @Mr. GOH! Like the gift from last year!? Edit: Also can't forget about the crashes. Like sure, the PS4 and Xbone are ancient now but they are still consoles that demands the console experience of "they just work".

It's a visual novel with a somewhat turn-based RTS gameplay element. The story sucks/string you in with a cast of great characters. There's lot to take in but the game has a very nice reference section and the ability to replay elements of the story if you so desire. While the RTS portions are not that hard, it works with the story so well, especially towards the end when the story and characters' motivations becomes crystal clear. Just plain satisfying final bit. Anyhow, now that I think about it... Very honorable mention Fantastic combat, exploration, art direction and music. The unknown BotW clone did its down thing and did it well. Only things are that this game will never be complete plus balancing is chained down by gacha. If the devs at MHY ever go on to do their own things, they are capable to make amazing games.

I think Calvard just got confirmed. Not sure if there is anything else... I'm scared to look. Kuro no Kiseki, confirmed further down.

I actually returned Doom Eternal. It just wasn't clicking especially how hard the first game clicked. I'll probably try it again in the future but I'll keep my money for now. Anyhow, I played/finished like two 2020 games. Of the two, it has to be I really cannot talk much about this game other than: Do not sleep on this!

Music is good. New Utsu-P (with Yuyoyuppe) is great! Missed this one back in May.

In someways, I like that poll since I was once for the death penalty but I changed my vote years after. With that said, probably best to not try to be the exception to the rule. This shit won't be ending for a long long time. Next four plus years will be questionable and probably all too exciting in a bad way. I'm really pessimistic. When this pandemic started (for me it's more like late Jan/early Feb), I knew it was going to be bad but this... is something. Now I look at the next 4+ years and I see bad. Ugh.

Looks like it was basically (Alito and Thomas dissented on a technicality?) an unanimous rejection of the lawsuit. At least the Trump appointees aren't completely insane but... it's troubling (on top of a mountain of other troubling things) that so many Representatives and Senators plus (various) state officials got behind the Texas lawsuit and/or reject the election results. So...

The spoiler discourse from Yakuza reminds me of Kiseki/Trails and more specifically if/how much Cold Steel spoils Crossbell or how much those two spoils Sky. Total opposite opinions. Anyhow, sure, I'll take my time with 0. Still, it's odd to play a more polish prequel. Typically you'll see me advocate for release order for game play reasons so you don't absolutely get smacked by less refined game play loops (ideally it gets better with time).

Looking at Steam, I somehow stopped 0 with over 10 hours played. I wonder what the fuck happened since I don't recall me not liking the game.

So I finally broke down and got a tablet. While the Remarkable 2 looks/specs so nice but I also want something to draw with. Unlike the aging iPad Pro, the Tab S7+ is buttery smooth with a 120hz display (Tab S6 was 60hz). It also comes with the pen which should be on par with the Apple Pencil. Another thing that pushed me is how the app landscape has so changed much. In the past, the iPad was king due to it's tech and apps. No more. So yeah... this will be a glorified Youtube screen in bed. lol

It's time to actually get serious in playing those games. I've been sitting on 0 for a long time. If I can knock 0 and the remakes of 1 and 2 then I'll be ready for that collection. Maybe I'll be ready for 6 by March... then I can check out Like a Dragon. I really want to check out this amazing JRPG with middle aged men. Sounds so amazing.
